Мета вивчення дисципліни: is the study by students of the main concepts of strategic and tactical management in commodity markets, their acquisition of practical skills of strategic analysis, making adequate management decisions regarding the construction of strategy and tactics in commodity markets, which can be used in their subsequent work.
Завдання: The study of an academic discipline involves the formation and development of students' competencies: general competences: ZK 2. The ability to identify, pose and solve problems. ZK 3. Ability to motivate people and move towards a common goal. ZK 5. Determination and persistence in relation to assigned tasks and assumed responsibilities professional competences: SK 1. Ability to develop and implement a strategy for the development of business, trade and/or stock exchange structures. SK 3. Ability to effectively manage the activities of business entities in the field of entrepreneurship, trade and/or stock market activity. SK 4. Ability to solve problematic issues and make management decisions in professional activities. SK 5. Ability to initiate and implement innovative projects in business, trade and/or stock exchange activities
Learning outcomes: As a result of studying the academic discipline, the student must be able to demonstrate the following learning outcomes: PH1. Be able to adapt and show initiative and independence in situations that arise in professional activity PH2. Identify and analyze the problems of entrepreneurship, trade and exchange activity and develop measures to solve them. RN 3. Be able to develop measures of material and moral encouragement and use other tools to motivate staff and partners to achieve the set goal PH5. To be able to perform tasks in the field of entrepreneurship, trade and/or exchange activity professionally, in full and with creative self-realization. PH6. Be able to develop and implement measures to ensure the quality of the work performed and determine their effectiveness PH7. Determine and implement strategic plans for the development of economic entities in the field of entrepreneurship, trade and/or stock exchange activity PH9. Develop and make decisions aimed at ensuring the efficiency of business entities in the field of business, trade and/or stock exchange activities. PH10. To be able to solve problematic issues that arise in the activities of business, trade and/or stock exchange structures under conditions of uncertainty and risks. PH11. Implement innovative projects in order to create conditions for the effective functioning and development of business, trade and/or stock exchange structures As a result of studying the academic discipline, the student must be able to demonstrate the following program learning outcomes: Knowledge: ЗН1 Specialized conceptual knowledge acquired in the process of study and/or professional activity at the level of the latest achievements, which is the basis for original thinking and innovative activity, in particular in the context of research work ЗН2 Critical understanding of problems in education and/or professional activity and at the border of subject areas Skills: УМ1 Solving complex problems, requiring updating and integration of knowledge, often in conditions of incomplete/insufficient information and conflicting requirements. UM2 Conducting research and/or innovative activities Communication: K1 Clear and unambiguous presentation of one's own conclusions, as well as the knowledge and explanations that substantiate them, to specialists and non-specialists, in particular to persons who are studying K2 Use of foreign languages in professional activities Autonomy and responsibility: AIV 1. Ability to adapt to new situations and make appropriate decisions; AiV 2. The ability to realize the need for lifelong learning in order to deepen the acquired and acquire new professional knowledge;

Summary of the subject: The educational discipline "Strategy and Tactics of Behavior in Commodity Markets" will contribute to the assimilation of theoretical and methodical aspects of strategic management of the enterprise, to a deeper assimilation of the basic provisions of the development and implementation of the strategy and tactics of the enterprise in the conditions of dynamic changes in the environment of its operation

Strategic change management as the basis of enterprise tactics The essence, types and features of strategic changes. Strategic change management: tactical approaches and methods. Managing resistance to strategic change. Corrective mechanisms in company tactics. Topic 7. Tactical actions: organization and support systems The role of the organizational structure in the implementation of the company's strategy and tactics. Evaluation of the effectiveness of the implementation of enterprise strategies Directions for evaluating the effectiveness of strategies implementation. Assessment methods and criteria: Assessment of students' knowledge of the academic discipline is carried out on the basis of the results of the current and final examinations Current control (40%) is carried out during classes: - written express control (16%) - maximum number of points for each topic - 2 points; - performance of practical works (8%) - maximum number of points for each topic - 1 point; - laboratory classes (16%) - the maximum number of points for each laboratory work - 4 points; Final control (60%) is carried out during the exam: written component (50%); oral component (10%).
Критерії оцінювання результатів навчання: For the performance of practical and laboratory work, the maximum number of points is assigned according to the following criteria: Performance evaluation criteria: - written express control - 2 points; - practical work 1 point; - laboratory work - 2 points; If the applicant completed the written express control in full and gave correct answers to the questions, he receives 2 points, if minor mistakes were made in the written express control - 1.5 points, if he failed to answer part of the questions - 1 point, if there are significant errors in the answers to the questions - 0.5 points. If the winner disclosed the topic of the report that he prepared for the practical session, gave answers to additional questions, he receives 1 point, if there were minor flaws in the report - 0.8 points, if he did not manage to answer all the questions - 0.5 points, if there are any significant shortcomings in the report and answers to questions - 0.2 points If the applicant performed the laboratory work in full with correct calculations and gave correct answers to the questions, he receives 2 points, if minor mistakes were made in the calculations of the laboratory work - 1.5 points, if he failed to answer all the questions - 1 point, if there are significant errors in calculations and answers to questions - 0.5 points
