Завдання: As a result of studying the academic discipline, the student should be able to demonstrate the following learning outcomes:
— studying the theoretical foundations of personnel management technologies common in enterprises and acquiring the skills of their practical application in the processes of planning, selection, adaptation, development, evaluation, and motivation of personnel;
— understanding of the relationship between the terms "management", "management", "leadership";
— knowledge of modern concepts and trends in enterprise management development;
— identifying the essence of the ethics of business communication;
— mastering the basics of the scientific organization of the work of the head of the enterprise;
— assimilation of management decision-making technology;
— knowledge of ways to resolve conflicts and eliminate stress;
— identification of features of business management;
— application of different approaches to management;
— mastery of methods of motivation, stimulation of high-quality work of the company's personnel;
— organization of own work and work of the company's personnel
Learning outcomes: As a result of studying the academic discipline, the student should know:
– the essence, meaning and content of personnel management, methodological aspects and tasks of the discipline;
– the content of the terms leader, manager, leader in personnel management;
– content, tasks, principles and directions of implementation of the state strategy and personnel management policy;
– content of motivational theories in personnel management; theoretical bases of decision-making in personnel management;
– the content and procedure of resource provision of the company's personnel management;
– socio-psychological mechanisms that determine the labor behavior of the company's personnel;
– methods and priority areas of organizing the work of the personnel management service, requirements for conducting personnel records;
– methods of determining the company's personnel needs, sources of personnel replenishment and renewal, methods of professional personnel selection;
– the methodology of planning and organizing the development of the company's personnel;
– types, factors, indicators of the movement of the company's personnel and ways of adapting the personnel to economic and organizational changes;
– content of conflict theory in personnel management;
- mechanisms for ensuring the effective work of the company's employees, control and accounting of the results of labor activity;
- issues related to the regulation of the working hours of the company's employees under various conditions of its use;
– concepts, factors and elements of management of working conditions at the enterprise;
- principles and methods of evaluating the work of the company's personnel;
– theoretical principles of motivation of labor activity at the enterprise;
– the essence and forms of social partnership, its role in the formation of perfect social and labor relations in the organization;
- approaches to determining the effectiveness of personnel management and the structure of personnel costs.

- evaluate the socio-psychological climate that prevails in the company's team, develop proposals for its improvement;
– to analyze the number, structure and movement indicators of the company's personnel;
- determine the need for personnel of various functional categories of the enterprise;
- develop requirements for applicants for vacant jobs and positions at the enterprise, use various methods of professional selection of candidates, evaluate their effectiveness;
- to determine the expediency and effectiveness of certain forms and methods of professional training and professional development of personnel at the enterprise;
- to form a reserve for filling vacant positions of managers at the enterprise;
- calculate and analyze indicators of turnover, turnover and stability of personnel at the enterprise;
- use different methods of personnel evaluation at the enterprise;
- apply theories of motivation of labor activity at the enterprise;
- analyze and evaluate the effectiveness of personnel management at the enterprise

Assessment methods and criteria: Assessment of the student's knowledge is carried out in the following directions: the presence of specific skills, their depth, stability and flexibility; the degree of mastery of the main provisions of the discipline and their creative application when solving situational problems and cases.
Semester control is conducted in the form of an exam. Evaluation methods: selective oral survey; preparation of presentations, reports; answers for the admission and defense of laboratory work, assessment of activity, submitted proposals, original solutions, clarifications and definitions, etc.).
Критерії оцінювання результатів навчання: - The current control (40%) are workshops, oral interviews and test;
- The final control (60%) is a credit.
Порядок та критерії виставляння балів та оцінок: 100–88 points – (“excellent”) is awarded for a high level of knowledge (some inaccuracies are allowed) of the educational material of the component contained in the main and additional recommended literary sources, the ability to analyze the phenomena being studied in their interrelationship and development, clearly, succinctly, logically, consistently answer the questions, the ability to apply theoretical provisions when solving practical problems;
87–71 points – (“good”) is awarded for a generally correct understanding of the educational material of the component, including calculations, reasoned answers to the questions posed, which, however, contain certain (insignificant) shortcomings, for the ability to apply theoretical provisions when solving practical tasks;
70 – 50 points – (“satisfactory”) awarded for weak knowledge of the component’s educational material, inaccurate or poorly reasoned answers, with a violation of the sequence of presentation, for weak application of theoretical provisions when solving practical problems;
49-26 points - ("not certified" with the possibility of retaking the semester control) is awarded for ignorance of a significant part of the educational material of the component, significant errors in answering questions, inability to apply theoretical provisions when solving practical problems;
25-00 points - ("unsatisfactory" with mandatory re-study) is awarded for ignorance of a significant part of the educational material of the component, significant errors in answering questions, inability to navigate when solving practical problems, ignorance of the main fundamental provisions.
