Завдання: As a result of studying the academic discipline, the student should be able to demonstrate the following learning outcomes:
- to know the economic tools of project management and enterprise development programs;
- to know the strategies and tactics of trade enterprises.
- to have the methodological bases of forecasting and planning of the enterprise's activities.
- to be able to carry out strategic and operational planning of the enterprise.
- to have the skills of technical and economic substantiation of investment projects of a trade enterprise.
- evaluate the technical and technological base of the enterprise's production capacities in projects and development programs of the enterprise
Learning outcomes: After studying the discipline, students should know:
- principles of forming a system of economic management, forecasting and planning at the enterprise;
- principles of operation of economic management tools in enterprise development projects and programs
- the organization and technology of budgeting and its place in the enterprise's planning system;
- peculiarities of the analysis of the production potential and evaluation of the production capacities of the enterprise;
- means of forming the investment portfolio of the enterprise and ways of its optimization.
After studying the academic discipline, students should be able to:
- perform calculations of the key parameters of the enterprise's activity and identify patterns of its development;
- economically substantiate the expediency of management decisions of a strategic and operational nature,
- draw up operational and financial budgets of the enterprise and evaluate their implementation;
- to analyze the financial condition of the enterprise, to be able to develop decisions regarding the management of profit and cash flows, to form the capital structure of the enterprise;
- justify the optimal investment portfolio of the enterprise;
- develop a budgeting system at the enterprise;
- to form an organizational mechanism for economic management of enterprise development projects and programs.

Summary of the subject: The discipline "Economic tools for managing projects and enterprise development programs" belongs to the list of selective educational disciplines at the "master's" educational level. It provides students with the formation of a system of economic management, forecasting and planning of enterprise activities due to the introduction of economic tools that characterize investment and innovation opportunities for managing projects and enterprise development programs

Topic 2. Development of enterprises: transformation, reorganization and restructuring.
Topic 3. Peculiarities of economic management of enterprise development
Topic 4. Content of economic management tools in forecasting and planning of enterprise activity
Topic 5. The concept of investment projects and enterprise development programs
Topic 6. Programs and projects of innovative development of the enterprise
Topic 7. Evaluation of the technical and technological base of the enterprise's production capacities in the projects and programs of the enterprise's development
Topic 8. Management of financial and economic results in enterprise development projects and programs.
Assessment methods and criteria: Assessment of the student's knowledge is carried out in the following directions: the presence of specific skills, their depth, stability and flexibility; the degree of mastery of the main provisions of the discipline and their creative application when solving situational problems and cases.
Semester control is conducted in the form of an exam. Evaluation methods: selective oral survey; preparation of presentations, reports; answers for the admission and defense of laboratory work, assessment of activity, submitted proposals, original solutions, clarifications and definitions, etc.).
Критерії оцінювання результатів навчання: Current control (30%): practical tasks, oral examination Final control (70%, exam)
Порядок та критерії виставляння балів та оцінок: 100–88 points – (“excellent”) is awarded for a high level of knowledge (some inaccuracies are allowed) of the educational material of the component contained in the main and additional recommended literary sources, the ability to analyze the phenomena being studied in their interrelationship and development, clearly, succinctly, logically, consistently answer the questions, the ability to apply theoretical provisions when solving practical problems;
87–71 points – (“good”) is awarded for a generally correct understanding of the educational material of the component, including calculations, reasoned answers to the questions posed, which, however, contain certain (insignificant) shortcomings, for the ability to apply theoretical provisions when solving practical tasks;
70 – 50 points – (“satisfactory”) awarded for weak knowledge of the component’s educational material, inaccurate or poorly reasoned answers, with a violation of the sequence of presentation, for weak application of theoretical provisions when solving practical problems;
49-26 points - ("not certified" with the possibility of retaking the semester control) is awarded for ignorance of a significant part of the educational material of the component, significant errors in answering questions, inability to apply theoretical provisions when solving practical problems;
25-00 points - ("unsatisfactory" with mandatory re-study) is awarded for ignorance of a significant part of the educational material of the component, significant errors in answering questions, inability to navigate when solving practical problems, ignorance of the main fundamental provisions.
