Мета вивчення дисципліни: The purpose of studying the academic discipline is to provide students with the theoretical foundations of risk management, basic principles and methods of risk assessment, mastering practical skills of risk assessment and decision-making in conditions of risk and uncertainty.
Завдання: The study of an educational discipline involves the formation of competencies in students of education: general competences: ZK4. The ability to act socially responsibly and consciously. professional competences: FK1. Ability to make effective decisions, manage the work of the team during professional activity. FK2. Ability to preventive and operative (emergency) planning, management of safety measures of professional activity. FC3. Ability to carry out technical and economic analysis, risk assessment, comprehensive justification of projects, plans, decisions, their implementation in the field of civil security. FK4. Ability to apply innovative approaches, modern methods aimed at regulating man-made and industrial safety.
Learning outcomes: As a result of studying the academic discipline, the student must be able to demonstrate the following learning outcomes: PH 04. Develop and implement socially significant projects in the field of civil security and related interdisciplinary projects, taking into account social, economic, technical and legal aspects. PH 05. Develop and implement effective measures to regulate and ensure civil security. PH 06. Identify and analyze possible threats of emergencies, accidents, accidents at work and assess possible consequences and risks. PH 14. Carry out forecasting, risk assessment during professional activities and the ability of relevant units to respond to emergencies and events. PH 15. Analyze and assess the state of civil protection, man-made and industrial safety of facilities, buildings, structures, utilities. PH 16. Make effective decisions in difficult unpredictable conditions, define goals and objectives, analyze and compare alternatives, evaluate resources. PH 17. Summary of the subject: In the modern world, all safety criteria must be based on an accurate, scientifically based theory of occupational risk, which takes into account all the complex diversity of theoretical and practical aspects of ensuring safe work. The need for this is confirmed by the documents of the International Labor Organization, which state that currently several indicators, which are different in nature, are used to assess industrial injuries, occupational diseases and work-related diseases, which do not create a single, coherent picture of the state of conditions labor in production. At the current stage of development of industrial Ukrainian enterprises, an objective assessment of the health of employees from the standpoint of occupational risk is relevant. The discipline "Management of occupational safety risks" is obliged to form in future specialists the ability to calculate probable risk indicators and develop recommendations for its reduction. The discipline program includes topics of theoretical foundations of risk management, basic principles and methods of risk assessment, mastering practical skills of risk assessment and decision-making in conditions of risk and uncertainty.

Assessment methods and criteria: Current control (40%): performance of individual practical tasks. Final control (60%): semester exam - written component (50%) and oral component (10%).
Критерії оцінювання результатів навчання: Practical classes are held in study groups. Current and final tests are used to assess students' knowledge. The form of semester control of the educational discipline "Management of safety risks of professional activity" is a semester exam. Accordingly, the semester grade is set as a total assessment of the results of the current control of all types of mandatory work provided by the work program of the academic discipline and the writing of the semester exam according to the selected ticket, namely: max 50 points for the written component according to the examination ticket. The structure of the ticket includes III levels of difficulty. (The 1st level consists of 8 test questions, each question is valued at 2 points, tests on the validity of the statement; The 2nd level consists of 8 test questions, each of which is valued at 3 points, with the choice of one correct answer; The 3rd level of difficulty consists of 2 descriptive questions, which are valued at 5 points each, to which the student must give a thorough answer. max 10 points – oral component, according to which the teacher communicates with the student and evaluates his knowledge. max 25 points for the performance of practical work (max 5 points for the work, of which 4 points - for the correct performance of the individual task, 1 point for the systematicity of the work and the level of knowledge demonstrated in oral answers); max 15 points for the performance of calculation and graphic work (max 8 points for the correct performance of the calculation part, max 6 points for the correct performance of illustrative material and formulation of conclusions, max 1 point for compliance with the requirements regarding the design and structure of the work).
Порядок та критерії виставляння балів та оцінок: 100–88 points – (“excellent”) is awarded for a high level of knowledge (some inaccuracies are allowed) of the educational material of the component contained in the main and additional recommended literary sources, the ability to analyze the phenomena being studied in their interrelationship and development, clearly, succinctly, logically, consistently answer the questions, the ability to apply theoretical provisions when solving practical problems; 87–71 points – (“good”) is awarded for a generally correct understanding of the educational material of the component, including calculations, reasoned answers to the questions posed, which, however, contain certain (insignificant) shortcomings, for the ability to apply theoretical provisions when solving practical tasks; 70 – 50 points – (“satisfactory”) awarded for weak knowledge of the component’s educational material, inaccurate or poorly reasoned answers, with a violation of the sequence of presentation, for weak application of theoretical provisions when solving practical problems; 49-26 points - ("not certified" with the possibility of retaking the semester control) is awarded for ignorance of a significant part of the educational material of the component, significant errors in answering questions, inability to apply theoretical provisions when solving practical problems; 25-00 points - ("unsatisfactory" with mandatory re-study) is awarded for ignorance of a significant part of the educational material of the component, significant errors in answering questions, inability to navigate when solving practical problems, ignorance of the main fundamental provisions.
