Learning outcomes: 1. Ability to design systems and networks in the field of professional activity using current regulations and technical standards.
2. Knowledge of software platforms and technologies of their application for development of specialized software of information communication networks.
3. Ability to develop specialized software systems and complexes to the extent sufficient for professional activities.
4. Ability to plan, develop and research distributed heterogeneous service systems using elements of Cloud technologies.
5. Knowledge of the basics of system programming of infocommunications to the extent sufficient for the development and maintenance of specialized software systems.

Summary of the subject: The course work is designed to form and develop skills and abilities to design and develop distributed information systems. The explanatory note to the course work should contain textual and illustrative material. The project implementation period is one semester (16 weeks). The standard time allocated to a student to perform the work is 60 hours.
Assessment methods and criteria: 1. Current control in the form of checking by the teacher of parts of the course project (course work) according to the description of stages of performance of the course project (course work) (45%).
2. Checking the text and graphic part of the course work for academic integrity (15%)
3. Final control in the form of defense of the course project (course work). (40%)
