Мета вивчення дисципліни: The meta-education of the primary discipline is aimed at students' awareness of the main technological processes of modern electronics; familiarize yourself with the process of technological preparation of manufacturing; training students to practice as a technological practitioner in the middle lanka / master, change technologist; the knowledge of a student is lost in the gallery of electronic materials science and modern methods of research in the minds of the scientist.
Завдання: ZK1. Ability to apply knowledge in practical situations. ZK2. Knowledge and understanding of the subject area and understanding of professional activity. ZK11. The ability to evaluate and ensure the quality of the work performed. ZK12. Determination and persistence in relation to assigned tasks and assumed responsibilities. FC6. The ability to identify, classify, evaluate and describe processes in electronic devices, devices and systems using analytical methods, modeling tools, test samples and the results of experimental studies. FC7. The ability to apply creative and innovative potential in the synthesis of engineering solutions and in the development of structures of electronic devices and systems. FC 10. The ability to apply industry standards and quality standards for the functioning of electronic devices and systems in practice.
Learning outcomes: PH1. ZN.4 Evaluate the characteristics and parameters of electronic equipment materials, understand the basics of solid-state electronics, electrical engineering, analog and digital circuit engineering, conversion and microprocessor engineering. PH2. ZN.17. Apply experimental skills (knowledge of experimental methods and the procedure for conducting experiments) to test hypotheses and research electronic phenomena, be able to use standard equipment, plan, draw up diagrams; analyze, model and critically evaluate the obtained results. PH3. UM2. Evaluate the subject of educational activity, determine the general goal and specific tasks, choose adequate means of solving them to achieve the result, exercise the necessary self-control, use reference literature and technical documentation, develop and apply your creative and organizational abilities in professional activities, organize the workplace, plan working hours. PH4. UM.10. To conduct tests, experimental studies of the properties of materials, components and devices of electronic equipment; carry out measurements of parameters and components of electronic equipment, develop programs for testing electronic equipment. PH5. KOM2. Use of communicative competence for effective interaction in various spheres of communication; selection and systematization of information materials for the purpose of communication in the professional sphere. PH6. AiB2. Responsible attitude to professional duties and performed work, independence in making and implementing decisions in the process of overcoming educational difficulties, relying on one's own experience in creatively solving the problems. PH7. AiB3. Independence in data processing, interpretation and generalization, responsibility for promptness, accuracy and reliability of information submission.

Summary of the subject: The program of the academic discipline is designed for students of the Institute of Telecommunications, Radio Electronics and Electronic Engineering who are studying Electronics. The educational discipline is devoted to the study of the basics of the technology of creating electronic circuits. Basic electrophysical parameters and characteristics of materials, structure, use for electronic devices, semiconductor and hybrid microcircuits are explained. Development directions, new promising technologies are considered: nanostructured, quantum dimensional, composite.
Опис: The main stages of the development of electronics. The role of technology in the development of electronic equipment. General characteristics of the current state of technology for the production of electronic devices and devices. Fundamentals of the theory of crystal structure and growth. Fundamentals of vacuum physics Methods of production, purification, doping of single crystal materials and mechanical processing of semiconductor materials. Technology of semiconductor and dielectric substrates. Physico-chemical methods of surface treatment of semiconductor substrates. diffusion in semiconductors Epitaxy technology. Ion implantation.
Assessment methods and criteria: Current control: control, laboratory and practical work, performance of individual research tasks (30%). Final control: exam (70%).

Порядок та критерії виставляння балів та оцінок: 100–88 points – (“excellent”) is awarded for a high level of knowledge (some inaccuracies are allowed) of the educational material of the component contained in the main and additional recommended literary sources, the ability to analyze the phenomena being studied in their interrelationship and development, clearly, succinctly, logically, consistently answer the questions, the ability to apply theoretical provisions when solving practical problems; 87–71 points – (“good”) is awarded for a generally correct understanding of the educational material of the component, including calculations, reasoned answers to the questions posed, which, however, contain certain (insignificant) shortcomings, for the ability to apply theoretical provisions when solving practical tasks; 70 – 50 points – (“satisfactory”) awarded for weak knowledge of the component’s educational material, inaccurate or poorly reasoned answers, with a violation of the sequence of presentation, for weak application of theoretical provisions when solving practical problems; 49-26 points - ("not certified" with the possibility of retaking the semester control) is awarded for ignorance of a significant part of the educational material of the component, significant errors in answering questions, inability to apply theoretical provisions when solving practical problems; 25-00 points - ("unsatisfactory" with mandatory re-study) is awarded for ignorance of a significant part of the educational material of the component, significant errors in answering questions, inability to navigate when solving practical problems, ignorance of the main fundamental provisions.
