Master’s thesis. – Lviv Polytechnic National University, Lviv, 2020. Extended abstract Master’s qualification work on "Management of the creation and use of JSC "KredoBank " (hereinafter JSC "KredoBank") profit" consists of 3 sections, which reveals the relevance of the considered issue. The first section defines theoretical approaches to the concept of the bank’s income and its management mechanism. For a more detailed understanding of the flows forming the financial result of the bank, an appropriate income structure and commercial bank expenses have been developed, which are classified as bank, non-bank and unforeseen revenue/expenditure. An analysis of the income management strategy developed individually by each bank, taking into account certain factors, is a component of the bank’s overall development strategy. After that, a horizontal and vertical analysis of the JSC “KredoBank” 2017-2019 financial statements was carried out and the economic norms of its activities were investigated, to understand who the bank and the potential of the legal person is. The results of the analysis confirmed that JSC “Kredobank” remains a powerful player in the banking market and has the necessary resources to increase the amount of tax revenue. Using the individual JSC “KredoBank” accounts, the sources of its financial results were investigated, illustrating the graphical dynamics of changes in basic income and expenditure items. a coefficient analysis of the bank’s profitability has been carried out and its policy on using the result obtained has been established. The second section analyses the internal and external environments, the strengths and weaknesses of the JSC “KredoBank” using the SWOT-analysis method. On the basis of the data collected, the strategic guidelines for the financial and economic development of the banking institution were modified. The multi-factor correlation-regression model determines the JSC “KredoBank” return on 4 factors (selected asset and passive item, part of which by 8 total amount) (maximum balance). The result looked at the amount of credit granted by the JSC “KredoBank”, broken down by working and non-working (information obtained from NBA statistics), as well as the customer costs involved, between natural and legal persons (information from the ATC report ‘Kredobank’). The accuracy of this model was evaluated using the F-criterion Fisher and the significance of the regression coefficients using the t-criterion Student. Since the adequacy of the regression exceeds 95% (under normal operating conditions), it is based on the JSC “KredoBank” income forecasts at the end of 2020 and 2021. but taking into account the effect of the pandemic rate. It came close to today’s reality. The third section contains recommendations for the improvement of the JSC “KredoBank” governance system. For starters, on the basis of the research carried out, the system has been used to calculate the number of revenue management objects. After that, each block was viewed separately and given its own view of optimizing the processes contained in it. A factor was proposed to help the bank quickly mitigate the pandemic impact and to move towards the expected tax return level. This important element has been chosen to serve bank customers remotely, which we think is needed to improve and expand its capabilities over time. In summary of the proposed changes, the economic results that the bank can achieve at the time of the pandemic have been determined by implementing these proposals. The main recommendation was to increase the inputs (incomes) and the planning of the outflows of the JSC “KredoBank”. The cumulative effect of introducing proposals will lead to a partial reduction in the pandemic ratio of 17.58% to 0, 375 (if taken on the basis of the current conditions for the operation of the JSC “KredoBank”), instead of 0.445. Accordingly, on 31 December 2021, the bank’s profit will be 1 027 892 510 UAH, which is more than was originally stated. 9 References 1. Alyeksyeyev I.V.
