Abstract: ABSTRACT Kushnerova K. Strategic planning of state information campaigns on combating human trafficking: master’s thesis. The master’s thesis discusses the strategic planning of state information campaigns to combat trafficking in human beings. The main approaches to the concept of information campaign are determined, the main types and features of information campaigns are analyzed, how information campaigns are developed and implemented. Features of the state information campaigns as focused on the state purposes are described. Peculiarities of information campaign strategy development are revealed, as well as information campaigns in Ukraine and abroad are analyzed. Based on the comparative analysis, the strategy of the state information campaign is built and it is revealed that it influences its efficiency. The following research methods were carried out in the work: analysis of approaches to the definition of the concept of information campaign, which allowed to single out the concept of information campaign. The method of comparison allowed to reveal features of carrying out the state information campaigns. The cognitive mapping method was used to identify the factors that affect the effectiveness of the anti-trafficking information campaign, as well as to provide recommendations for information campaigns. It is concluded that the strategy of the state information campaign is developed through a detailed analysis of the problem underlying the campaign, as well as the study of the characteristics of the target group and communication channels. Based on the work, a scientific article entitled “How to manage anti-trafficking public information campaign” was written, this article raises the issue of methods used to conduct information campaigns aimed at changing human behavior and preventing certain behavior. The article describes the experience of two information campaigns in 2018, conducted by the Ministry of Social Policy of Ukraine. The article was submitted and accepted for publication in an English monograph. Also, based on the work, the thesis of the report to the VII International Scientific and Practical Internet Conference "Modern Movement of Science" was submitted and accepted for publication. The abstracts described the problem of human trafficking in Ukraine, its origins and possible solutions, in particular, it was noted that one of such ways is information campaigns.
