Abstract: Palchik SS, Gunka VM (head). Project of installation of sulfuric acid alkylation of isobutane by butane-butylene fraction (master’s qualification work). Master’s thesis.- Lviv Polytechnic National University, Lviv, 2020. Extended annotation. Taking into account the requirements of the task, it is necessary to design an installation for alkylation of iso-alkanes by alkenes. The calculations are based on raw materials (butane-butylene fraction) obtained as a result of the catalytic cracking process. Productivity of installation makes 85 thousand tons / year. The project takes into account temporary commodity parks, which make it possible to store a 24-hour supply of raw materials and products of the plant and individual units. All conditions have been created for the start of construction and operation of the plant at PJSC Ukrtatnafta, as it will be connected to the necessary factory communications and networks. Provision of water vapor and purified water to the installation is provided by the CHP with a corresponding increase in its capacity. The supplier of electricity for the installation will be the CHP. The enterprise is provided with water from a water supply system. Technical water is used for technological needs. Water recirculation is used in the production for the heat exchanger. Drainage of water from technological installations of PJSC "Ukrtatnafta" passes through three sewer systems. Industrial sewers are used to divert the most contaminated equipment effluents. The alkylation plant in the future will use sewer systems. The plant will be supplied with electricity by the power substations operating at the plant. The automation system used for regulation and process, created favorable working conditions, thereby increasing the efficiency of the process. The object of design is the installation of tar deasphalting of a mixture of Western Ukrainian oils. The subject of design is the installation of sulfuric acid alkylation of isobutane by butane-butylene fraction. The purpose of the design is to develop a project for the installation of sulfuric acid alkylation of isobutane with butane-butylene fraction.
