Abstract: In PJSC "Lvivoblenergo" there is a problem of power shortage in the northern part of the city [Lviv], which requires the development of 110 kV electrical networks and constructing a new subnet "Lviv-31" [1]. Constructing a new subnet allows significantly improve the reliability of electricity supply in this part of the city. Development of the project of development of an electric network demands the decision of problems: reconstruction of operating substations, their switchgears; reconstruction of existing power lines; design of new substations and power transmission lines of electric networks; research of modes of the scheme of development of an electric network. The object of the study is a fragment of the existing 110 kV electrical network of PJSC "Lvivoblenergo" with substations "Lviv Zahidna", "Lviv-2", "Lviv-11", "Lviv-9" and overhead lines "Lviv-2 – Lviv-9" , "Lviv-9 – Lviv Zahidna" and with a branch on the substation "Lviv-11". The subject of the research is the scheme of development of the fragment of the 110 kV electric network of PJSC "Lvivoblenergo" analysis of its operating state. Telemechanization of a new subnet "Lviv-31". The purpose of the work is to develop a scheme for the development of a fragment of the 110 kV electric network of PJSC "Lvivoblenergo" with a new substation "Lviv-31", select its equipment for telemechanization, select conductors overhead lines and analyze the modes of the new electric network. The scheme of development of a fragment of the electric network with the new substation "Lviv-31" was developed taking into account the geographical location of the substation "Lviv-31" [2], maps-schemes of 110 kV OHL PJSC "Lvivoblenrego" [3], requirements of current regulations [4,5]. According to current rules and methods [5,6] was selected: cable line, electrical connection diagram of substation "Lviv-31" and all needed equipment for telemechanization for it. On the digital model of the scheme of development of the fragment of the electric network from the substation "Lviv-31", which is formed in the software complex DAKAR, were investigated normal and post-accident steady-state modes at maximum load of substations "Lviv-9", "Lviv-11", "Lviv-31" and the mode of perspective loading. The system of developing of electrical network PJSC "Lvivoblenergo" with new subnet "Lviv-31" can be implemented, as for result of investigations normal and post-accident steady-state modes of network, it has sufficient bandwidth and level of voltage on lines 6, 10 kV in substations "Lviv-31" and "Lviv-11" will be provided by AUL transformators equipment. The telemechanization project of substation "Lviv-31" developed on the basis of polish company Mikronika. In Ukraine there are more than 100 substations was equipped by this company. The equipment for telemechaniation of substation "Lviv-31" selected individually by size and volume of telemechanization. The telemechanization of substation "Lviv-31" allows: increase reliability of power system and quality of customers service; promptly manage of electrical scheme of network by remote control switch devices; improve level of dispatcher control; reduce equipment readiness time as result on an accident; to analyze electricity consumption over time; to carry out further modernization of dispatching and telemechaniation on the basis of the system approach; decrease operating costs associated with the monitoring of electrictrical network [7].
