Abstract: In PJSC "Lvivoblenergo" there is a problem of power shortage in some areas, especially in Yavoriv REM and to solve which requires the development of 110 kV electrical networks [1]. Development of the project of development of an electric network demands the decision of problems: reconstruction of operating substations, their distribution arrangements; reconstruction of existing power transmission lines; design of new substations and lines of electric networks; research of modes of the scheme of development of an electric network. The object of the study is a fragment of the current normal circuit of 110-330 kV electrical connections of PJSC "Lvivoblenergo" with substations "Yavoriv", "Nemyriv", "Rava-Ruska", "Dobrosyn", "Zhovkva" and "Pidbirtsi-T" and air lines "Yavoriv 330-Nemyriv", "Nemyriv-Rava-Ruska", "Rava-Ruska-Dobrosyn", "Dobrosyn-Zhovkva", "Dobrotvirska TPP-Zhovkva" and "Dobrotvirska TPP-Pidbirtsi-T". The subject of the study is the scheme of development of a fragment of the 110 kV electrical network of PJSC "Lvivoblenergo" with a new substation "Zavadiv" and analysis of its steady state. The purpose of the work is to develop a scheme for the development of a fragment of the 110 kV electric network of PJSC "Lvivoblenergo" with a new substation "Zavadiv", to select the wires of overhead power lines and analyze the modes of the new electric network, choose its main power electrical equipment. The scheme of development of the fragment of the electric network with the new substation "Zavadiv" was developed taking into account the geographical location of the substation "Zavadiv" [2], maps-schemes of 110 kV OHL JSC "Lvivoblenrego" [3], the requirements of current regulations [4,5]. Zavadiv Substation will be powered by 110 kV Yavoriv 330 Substation tires by single-circuit Yavoriv-Zavadiv Substation and Nemyriv-Zavadiv Substation. In compliance with the current rules and methods [5,6] selected: wires of the new OHL "Yavoriv 330-Zavadiv" and "Nemyriv-Zavadiv"; the main circuit of electrical connections of Zavadiv Substation and its main power electrical equipment. On the digital model of the scheme of development of the fragment of the electric network from the substation "Zavadiv", which is formed in the graphical and calculation complex DAKAR [7], normal and post-emergency steady-state modes at maximum load of substations "Yavoriv 330", "Nemyriv", "Rava-Ruska" are investigated. , "Dobrosyn", "Zhovkva", "Pidbirtsi-T" and "Zavadiv" and the mode of perspective loading. Losses of active power in the electric network from Zavadiv Substation with two-way power supply from Yavoriv Substation and Dobrotvirska TPP amount to 27379 kW with a network load of 48.23 + j23.48 MVA. With such a load on the network, the load lines are as follows: Yavoriv 330-Nemyriv - 30.6%, Nemyriv-Rava-Ruska - 98.6%, Rava-Ruska-Dobrosyn - 89.4%, Dobrosyn-Zhovkva "- 94.5%," Dobrotvirska TPP-Zhovkva "- 97.4% and" Dobrotvirska TPP-Pidbirtsi-T "- 9.5%," Yavoriv 330-Zavadiv "- 26.7%," Nemyriv-Zavadiv " - 45.5%. The scheme of development of the electric network from Zavadiv Substation with two-way power supply of the substation from Yavoriv 330 Substation and Dobrotvirska TPP is optimal from the point of view of location and proximity to the power supply. The wires of the existing "Yavoriv 330-Nemyriv", "Nemyriv-Rava-Ruska", "Rava-Ruska-Dobrosyn", "Dobrosyn-Zhovkva", "Dobrotvirska TPP-Zhovkva", "Dobrotvirska TPP-Pidbirtsi-T substations and the new Yavoriv 330-Zavadiv and Nemyriv-Zavadiv substations were not overloaded in the post-emergency modes of the network with the Zavadiv substations. Therefore, it is not necessary to replace the wires of the existing OHLs with wires of larger cross-section, and the wires of the new OHL "Zavadiv" were chosen correctly. The developed scheme of development of the electric network of PJSC "Lvivoblenergo" with the new substation "Zavadiv" can be implemented as one of the options for the development of the industrial park of Yavoriv district council, as PL-110 "Yavoriv 330-Nemyriv", "Nemyriv-Rava-Ruska", " Rava-Ruska-Dobrosyn ”,“ Dobrosyn-Zhovkva ”,“ Dobrotvirska TPP-Zhovkva ”and“ Dobrotvirska TPP-Pidbirtsi-T ”according to the results of research of normal, post-accident steady-state EM modes and perspective load mode, and voltage level on tires 10 and 35 kV substations "Yavoriv 330", "Nemyriv", "Rava-Ruska", "Dobrosyn", "Zhovkva", "Pidbirtsi-T" and "Zavadiv" will be equipped with on-load tap-changers and PBZ control devices.
