Abstract: SUMMARY Horban M.A., Kravets T.Yu. (supervisor). The analysis of technical and economic modeling of optimal operating modes for a steam turbine of type ПТ-60-90/13 withregulatory steam removal at the Myronivska District Heating Plant. Master’s thesis. – Lviv Polytechnic National University, Lviv, 2020. Extended abstract. Improving the efficiency, economy and reliability of existing equipment remains the most important issues for the long-term development of heating energy in Ukraine. Existing equipment must also adhere to environmental friendliness during the electricity and heat production [1, 2]. Analysis of the state of the TPPs and CHPs equipment of Ukraine shows that a significant part of it either has exhausted the service life, or is approaching its depletion. Further operation of such equipment significantly reduces the efficiency and reliability of power supply to consumers. Taking into account the scale of the problem of technical re-equipment of the production base of the heat power industry, not only a complete renovation of power plants based on new generation equipment is carried out all over the world, but also measures for the reconstruction and modernization of existing power equipment using improved elements, parts and assemblies. The most effective one is technical re-equipment using modern technologies to improve efficiency and environmental friendliness. Since CHPs have lower specific fuel and heat consumption for electricity production, they are used to cover the basic part of the schedule of electrical loads when operating in district heating mode. Requirements for maneuverability and reliability of modern steam turbines in the process of their operation are related to the general operating conditions of power systems, daily, annual power consumption schedules, the structure of generated power in power systems, their condition and technical capabilities. Currently, the schedules of electrical loads of power systems are characterized by large unevenness: sharp load peaks in the morning and evening, failures at nights and on weekends when it is necessary to ensure rapid increase and decrease of loads [3]. All these are relevant for the operation of the ПТ-60-90/13 type turbine of Myronivska CHP. Therefore, the issue of operation of the turbine unit with optimal parameters in different modes is very important. Study object - technical and economic parameters of the ПТ-60-90/13 turbine unit. Scope of research – the influence of technical and economic parameters of the turbine PT-60-90 on the efficiency of its operation in different modes. Goal of research - to determine the optimal technical and economic parameters in different modes of operation of the ПТ-60-90/13 turbine unit of Myronivska CHP. The master paper considers the general characteristics of the equipment installed at Myronivska CHP. Considerable attention is paid to the technical and economic parameters of the ПТ-60-90/13 steam turbine installation, operating in real modes [4]. In the course of the research, technical and economic modeling of the optimal modes of ПТ-60-90/13 turbine operation has been carried out, the results of which are presented in the form of graphical dependences. The result of modeling the optimal modes of operation of the turbine are the following: - a typical energy characteristic for the gross efficiency of the ПТ-60-90/13 turbine unit in terms of heat consumption for power generation when operating in a condensing mode with disconnected pressure regulators of production and heating extractions has been developed; - correction to the capacity at the generator terminals (NT) for the change in the pressure of the exhaust steam in the condenser has been calculated; - correction to the specific or total heat loss and steam consumption for the turbine unit has been calculated in case of deviation of the operating conditions of the turbine unit from the accepted ones; - typical diagrams of modes have been built, which make it possible to determine the steam and heat consumption for the turbine unit for the accepted initial conditions (NT, Dp, Dt, Pp, RT). The paper develops automation of steam supply to the labyrinth seals of the ПТ-60-90/13 turbine and automatic regulation of the water level in the steam turbine condenser [5]. In the economic part, a comparative analysis of two modes of the ПТ-60-90/13 turbine operation has been done: condensing and district heating in order to find fuel economy.
