Abstract: ANNOTATION Gul M.V., Sai V. (head). Influence of ecological factors for placement of wind power stations on the territory of Verkhnyachiv village. Master’s thesis. – National University "Lviv Polytechnic", Lviv, 2020 The extended annotation The analysis of wind energy in the head regions of the world and the leading countries. Among the leadersin wind energy are countries that develop offshore wind energy or have a largearea and, accordingly, have the opportunity to choose the best sites for wind energy equipment with the hugest wind potential. Were found out the main factors that influence on the efficient operation of wind energy. Among these factors should be noted the following: the available wind potential. For efficient operation, Ukraine’s wind energy is inferior to the leading countries in this field but has good prospects for further development due to the fulfilment of certain conditions. To assess the impact of the implementation of wind farmprojects as a part of the procedure for evaluating the affection on length was proposed to use thes coringmet had according to definite parameters of safety level, spatial scale, duration and intensity. We conducted an impactassessment of the length of the wind farmon the territory of Verkhnyachivska village council with the support of preparation of decisions on project implementation. The object of the study is the in fluence of environmental factors on the land for the location, construction and maintenance of wind farms. The subject of study. Stages of procedures for assessing the impact of environmental factors on the environment to wind energy projects. There search aim stop determine the impact of environmental factors in the construction and main tenance of windf arms in the Verkhnochkivska village council of Skoliv district of Lviv region on the natural and socio-economic environment. Research results. Modern wind energy is a developed and promising area of non-traditional energetics. The UN World Energy Growth Program emphasizes that in the XXI century will be developed those countries in which wind energy is evolving rapidly [1]. Recently, the number and quality of research on the impact of wind farms on the components of the environment: climate, air, water, soil, landscape and human health has increased [2]. At the same time, the issues of ecological safety of wind farms have not been thoroughly studied [5]. The introduction of new facilities, including wind farms, requires a set of studies, which should include an assessment of the wind energy potential of the territory, taking into account the limitations, the implementation of EIA [3]. The rapid construction causes the top-priority of the issue of wind farms without the scientific justification of their environmental safety. It may cause the suspension of investment projects due to refusal or issuance of a negative conclusion from the EIA due to the presence of significant impacts, public resistance, the inconsistency of target development programs[4]. We accomplished the statistical analysis of the development of wind energy in the world countries and established, that in the modern world there is a tendency to the rapid growth of wind energy, especially in highly developed countries. The assumption is that the tendency of increasing the production capacity of the wind energetics will observe in the future. Given the increasing energy needs and the need to reduce the harmful anthropogenic impact on the environment, in many countries around the world adopted state programs and strategies that consolidate the gradual increase of renewable energy. At the same time, the growth of the industry requires large investments and stable policies at the national and regional levels. There are several effective mechanisms and tools to stimulate the development of renewable energy in the world: a system of "green" tariffs, auctions and tenders for new wind energy facilities, a program of loans with low and zero rates, legislation on the development of the industry. We analyzed that the level of wind energy development in Ukraine is still low. Studies show that there are significant reserves for the use of tools and mechanisms for activating wind energy. They consist in improving approaches to the development and implementation of wind energy development programs, assessment of its potential, the introduction of new, including proven in world practice, methods and tools for wind energy development. To assess the impacts from the implementation of renewable energy projects as part of the environmental impact assessment procedure, we used the scoring methoding determining the parameters of probability, spatial scale, duration and intensity. We conducted an environmental impact assessment of the territory of Vernyachkivska village council to substantiate the decision to implement the project.
