Abstract: Chumak A.S, Horbal N.I Research and enhancing the effectiveness of foreign economic activities at Prohrestekhbud, LLC in the context of circular management methods application. Master’s thesis. – Lviv Polytechnic National University, Lviv, 2020. During the master’s thesis, an analysis of normative and literary sources related to the problem of improving enhancing the effectiveness of foreign economic activities in the context of circular management methods application was carried out. The study was based on the concept proposed by W. Stahel, called «From cradle to cradle» [1], as well as further research by M. Braungart and W. McDonagh, who developed a new approach to product development that is not harmful to the environment and which can be used repeatedly without loss of quality and cost [2-5]. A number of regulations related to the issues of circularity, foreign economic activity and environmental control of the construction industry were also developed. An important role in the study was played by the document entitled "National Waste Management Strategy in Ukraine until 2030" [6], as well as the European action plan for the integration of circularity in the construction sector [3]. The object of the master’s qualification work is the LLC "Progrestechbud". The subject of the study is the low efficiency of foreign economic activity at the enterprise LLC "Progrestechbud". The purpose of this work is Research and enhancing the effectiveness of foreign economic activities at Prohrestekhbud, LLC in the context of circular management methods application. In the process of researching the company "Progrestechbud" was an analysis of production and economic activities, foreign economic activity, key financial indicators, as well as internal and external factors. In the process of researching the increase of efficiency of foreign economic activity under the conditions of introduction of circular management methods a number of problems existing at the enterprise of 9 Progrestechbud LLC were revealed. models of "circular supply chain", as well as increasing the efficiency of foreign economic activity of LLC "Progrestechbud" by implementing a partnership system "goods as a service". The economic substantiation of the implemented measures was carried out. As a result, the key indicator, namely the profitability of manufactured products, increased by the planned 3.6%.
