Capacity Competitiveness Study at Joint-Stock Insurance Company “Skarbnytsia” Private Joint-Stock Company Insurance is an important branch of the economy, which provides insurance protection to the population and business entities and generates significant investment resources for economic development. The main condition for ensuring the insurance sector’s ability to perform its functions, including fulfilling obligations to customers, is that insurance companies have sufficient capital and operating capacity to address and meet the customer base’s needs and problems. A. Yu. Yudanov interprets the enterprise’s competitiveness as the ability to produce competitive products and competitiveness of the enterprise, and the possibility of its adaptation to ever-changing conditions of competition [11]. The issue of assessing the competitiveness of an enterprise, firm, or any business entity is quite debatable and concerns several issues related to establishing a list of relevant indicators, their systematization, and integration. Several studies on theoretical and practical issues of competitiveness assessment have appeared in the domestic scientific literature in recent years. I. Dolzhansky, T. Zagorna, L. Kobylyatsky, N. Tarnavska, S. Klymenko, I. Piddubny, T. Omelyanenko, V. Adamyk, D. Barabas, O. Dubenko, and others in their works raise methodical problems of assessment. the level of competitiveness of enterprises and firms [1; 3; 6; 9; 10]. These issues are significant in the field of the competitiveness management system. The study is focused on the competitiveness capacity improvement at PJSC “Skarbnytsia,” as a leading private insurance company in Ukraine. The object of research is the factors of competitiveness of the potential of PJSC "Skarbnytsia." The subject of research is the practices and methods of increasing the competitiveness of the enterprise. The purpose of the study is to analyze the competitiveness of the potential of PJSC "Skarbnytsia" and suggest ways to increase it. It is necessary to develop a defined strategy for several management decisions to increase the insurance company’s competitiveness capacity. Within the considered purpose, the system approach assumes formulation of the intention of management; description of the control object; description and selection of control effects; development of criteria for assessing the quality of management; formation of the optimal control algorithm; checking the effectiveness of control effects [1]. The result is the insurance company nine competitiveness indicators analysis and their strategic relationship investigation. The study identifies strong and weak statistical correlation between competitiveness indicators to suggest ways of insurance company competitiveness increase. The consideration of two selected proposals selects one with the strongest impact on competitiveness that expands the enterprise’s technological capacity [4; 5]. The proposed changes and recommendations for introducing new technological developments should offer the company to double its competitiveness capacity.
