Abstract: Shpyrko Yuliya Y., Nakonechna T.V. (supervisor) Optimization of logistics operations of the distribution enterprise LLC «Nadiya dlya vsikh». Master’s thesis. - Lviv Polytechnic National University, Lviv, 2020. Extended abstract. Logistics management is the harmonization of the interests of producers, suppliers and consumers, its main areas are to improve the parameters of incoming resource flows based on improving relationships with suppliers; improvement of internal flows, ie results and coordination of actions of divisions of the enterprise; improving relations with consumers, ensuring the most accurate compliance of outgoing flows of goods and services with their requirements. The object of the study was selected production and distribution company LLC "Hope for All", which operates in the furniture market, as well as sells components for furniture manufacturers. The subject of research is the theoretical, methodological and practical aspects of the distribution activities of the enterprise. The purpose of the study: the study of logistics processes in the context of distribution activities and justification of optimization decisions to improve the distribution activities of LLC "Hope for All". In the course of the research the integration of logistics processes into the work of the production and distribution enterprise LLC "Hope for All" was analyzed. The main logistics operations that need to be improved on the basis of innovative approaches in the field of distribution of goods are identified. The role and significance of the application of the logistics approach, the logistics concept in the supply chain of individual orders are outlined. A significant area of influence of information technologies on the management of logistics processes [1], in particular the system of digitalization in the field of distribution logistics. Theoretically, the distribution model can be interpreted as a substantive, subjective and organizational view of the combination of elements and structure of the system, relationships and principles of operation. From a pragmatic point of view, the product distribution model is a set of entities and institutions, closely interrelated with the target functions of logistics distribution and the specifics of the exchange of goods in the form of purchase and sale. This means that the model organizationally consists of distribution entities, institutional facilities, infrastructure; the model is characterized by a system of internal connections and relationships due to the target functions of structural objects; the model takes into account the peculiarities of forms and methods of commodity-money exchange depending on the specifics of goods, sources of supply, consumption; the model provides for the relevant principles, conditions and mechanisms of operation [2]. The basis of market relations are the processes of purchase and sale of raw materials, components, finished products (services). Before the material flow in the form of products begins its movement from producer to consumer, there is a need to form a distribution network, select a distribution channel and enter into a product distribution agreement and more. The logistical approach in the management of product distribution processes involves: the organization of a full, operational information support with reliable data on the progress of processes related to the processes of order implementation; analyzing the fulfillment of the company’s obligations regarding the term of the order, product quality and the level of customer service; providing a full range of logistics services related to product distribution [3]. Given the above, wholesale enterprises must take into account that the main strategy of the enterprise is implemented through the selected main processes, and on their basis the organizational structure is formed and a set of supporting processes and management processes in the supply chain is determined. It should also be noted that in relation to support and management processes, the main processes play a major role that cannot be effectively implemented unless an adequate list of support and management processes is identified, which is aimed at solving specific tasks in accordance with the main goal of the enterprise [4]. Modern realities of doing business necessitate the formation of a new view not only on the logistics of supply and marketing, but also on in-house logistics. The reason for this is the regular growth of producers’ interest in lean production concepts [5]. 1. Pokhilchenko O.
