Abstract: In the master’s qualification work was carried out the research of capacitive sensor with isolated electrodes. In the first section, is conducted an overview of the capacitive sensor is conducted, as well as its application is shown. The second section presents the studies of electrical and mathematical models and analytical expressions for calculating the equivalent capacitance of a sensor with isolated electrodes. In the third section, experimental studies are presented to measure the level of various liquids and alcohol content in aqueous-alcohol solution with a capacitive sensor with isolated and non-isolated electrodes. The research graphs and the conclusions made on them are described. In the fourth section of the thesis an economic justification of the feasibility of conducting the research is carried out, the calculation of expenses for the implementation of research work is carried out
