Abstract: Given the problems with the cost of economic and social resources in achieving the optimal degree of orderliness of the main indicators of product quality and their calculations, the paper justified the need to develop information technology to standardize the results of research and calculations. The role of information technologies, developments and systems in the field of research standardization is also analyzed, the main methods, principles and ways of working with spreadsheets are given. In addition, the results of experimental product research are presented and technology is developed to facilitate the processing of research results. As a result, on the basis of spreadsheets, a tool for general and multiple use in terms of existing and potential tasks - an automated research protocol was developed.
