Abstract: Abstract Haizler R. A., Demchyna B. G. Master’s thesis - Lviv National polytechnic University, Lviv, 2020 Extended abstract The designed building is a multi-storey residential building. The design site is located in the northern part of the city. It is surrounded on all sides by plots for construction and maintenance of apartment buildings. The landscape height difference is variable, but does not exceed 20 cm per 1 m of the horizontal plane. Due to the fact that the site is located on an elevation, water level is deep from the surface. In the designed section of a residential building it is supposed to arrange the following premises: - At the mark -3,300 (parking) parking space, switchboard, input node, parking space, gateway, fire pump. - At the mark of 0.000 (ground floor) vestibule, common corridor, public premises, bathroom, apartments. - (typical floor) common corridor, staircase, apartments Exterior decoration of facades is as follows: Facade - plaster on the insulation and painted with silicate paint. Metal elements of balcony protections are made of stainless steel. Entrances and access along the perimeter of the building have been designed for emergency services and the Ministry of Emergencies. The door is of appropriate width and opens in the direction of evacuation. Materials are selected in accordance with the requirements of fire resistance and fire resistance. Thermal insulation of walls is supposed to be carried out by plates of extruded expanded polystyrene providing necessary thermal conductivity. I accept the column calculation scheme as a conditionally centrally compressed element, rigidly fixed in the foundation, and hinged at the level of the floor. The technological and organizational section describes construction and installation work on the construction of a section of a 10-storey residential building. Preliminary selection of the method of work. - type of assembly crane - tower; - delivery of concrete mix - by the crane by means of a bucket; - connection type - welding. Earthworks are carried out by an excavator with a backhoe with loading into vehicles. The excavator digs the soil "on itself", in a zigzag trajectory, successively moves the bucket choosing the soil. Before monolithic floor slabs the formwork is mounted, on plastic clamps for maintenance of a corresponding protective layer fittings with a corresponding step are established. Knit the net in a checkerboard pattern. The upper grid rests on the clamp "goose" made of armature waste. The quality of formwork work must be constantly monitored. At control and reception of a timbering check: rigidity and geometrical invariance of all system and correctness of installation of supporting elements; the density of the formwork panels and joints; formwork surface. It is necessary to prevent adhesion of concrete mix with formwork elements. Before installation of the base arrange concrete preparation from concrete C8 / 10 150 mm thick. Formwork and anchor releases are installed, the protective layer is 50 mm. The purpose of scientific research is to determine the economic efficiency and feasibility of a combination of different classes of concrete in the floor slabs of frame buildings. In general, for the floor slab is used concrete of the class, but within the perimeter of the puncture is used concrete of the highest class, namely. During concreting, the slabs perform two simultaneous parallel processes - the supply of concrete by a concrete pump and the supply of concrete by buckets within the zone of pushing columns.
