Abstract: Nagirny VV, Kozak HR (head). - Microclimate systems in the treatment and prevention center of cardiovascular diseases in Kyiv. - Lviv Polytechnic National University, Lviv, 2020. Extended annotation. The microclimate of the premises is a set of physical factors and environmental conditions that determine its thermal state and affect human heat transfer. Means of providing a microclimate indoors are: - ventilation - provides air exchange in the room; - heating - air heating; - air conditioning - cooling; - humidification - saturation of air with moisture. The object of the study is the microclimate of the treatment and prevention center of cardiovascular diseases in Kyiv. The subjects of the study are the systems of microclimate in the institution. Ventilation of premises is provided by supply and exhaust installations. The ventilation system also provides humidification. Ventilation units are equipped with freon coolers and electric heaters). The air is also filtered through filters. Heating is performed using hygienic radiators and heating panels in the operating room. Heat supply for heating systems can be provided from the heating network. Connection to the heat source can take place either directly on the dependent scheme, and on the independent scheme through the heat exchanger. Pipelines are mounted in the floor screed or in the walls, the risers are sewn in the mines. Today there is a very large selection of radiators for heating systems, it can be both simple steel panel radiators and expensive designer sectional radiators, as well as sectional radiators are aluminum, cast iron. Indoor air conditioning is provided by split systems. The purpose of the study: to investigate the systems of microclimate of hotels, to compare the systems of hot water supply. Arranging the ventilation system of treatment and prevention facilities is not an easy task, so it must be approached responsibly. The equipment of the ventilation system of the treatment-and-prophylactic institution is mainly supply ventilation units with heat and cold, air extraction is performed by exhaust fans. To maintain the optimal temperature and humidity regime and create an air environment that would meet hygienic standards and technological requirements, this project provides supply and exhaust ventilation with mechanical motivation. Ventilation systems are designed to be separate for certain groups of rooms according to their functional purpose: operating and preoperative, wards, pantries, dining rooms, bathrooms. In the operating, postoperative and preoperative designed supply and exhaust ventilation with mechanical motivation. Air exchange is determined by calculation. Air purification is carried out in filters (type G4 and F9), and for surgical and postoperative addition of bactericidal filters (class H13) is additionally provided. In the cold period of the year air heating is carried out in water heaters. In the warm period of the year the air is cooled in freon heat exchangers. This project also provides for the installation of humidifiers to maintain the humidity in the operating, postoperative and preoperative. The inflow of air is carried out in the upper zone. Extraction from the operating room is carried out from two zones: 40% from the top and 60% from the bottom. Extraction from preoperative and postoperative is carried out from the upper zone. In the wards the air exchange is determined according to the normative multiplicities in accordance with DBN B.2.2-10-2001. The supply air is supplied directly to the chambers in the upper zone by a system of air ducts with grilles, and is removed through the bathrooms. In the barns, air exchange is also determined according to the normative multiplicities in accordance with DBN B.2.2-10-2001. The hood is made from the upper zone. The source of cold supply of ventilation systems are compressor-condenser units, which are installed outside the building. Air ducts of ventilation systems are mounted from galvanized steel of class D (dense) according to DBN B.2.5-67: 2013, after bactericidal filters from stainless steel. All semiconductors within the attic are covered with refractory insulation with a fire resistance limit of 0.5 hours. Air conditioning is performed by local split systems. Split systems are the simplest to install and operate and have design flaws and are limited by the fact that only one indoor unit can be connected to one outdoor unit and small distances from the outdoor unit to the indoor unit. Key words - air conditioning, split, hotel, treatment and prevention, ventilation.
