Abstract: ANNOTATION Moroz O.I., Danylovych-Kropyvnytska M.L. (supervisor). Safety Improvement of Transport Enterprises (on the Example of PE "Capraya"). Masters thesis. – Lviv Polytechnic National University, Lviv, 2020. Extended abstract The master’s thesis consists of an introduction, three sections, conclusions, a list of references. The main content of the work is set out on 90 pages. The work contains 14 tables, 3 figures. The list of used literature includes 60 items. The first section reveals scientific approaches to defining the essence of economic security as a component of national security. It is established that at the current level of external and internal threats, the development of measures to ensure the economic security of each domestic enterprise, regardless of the scope of activity and form of ownership, is a priority [1]. In this, Ukrainian companies need to follow the best world experience. To organize the effective operation of the economic security system, each company needs to solve a number of complex tasks to create mechanisms for management and interaction, through which you can synchronize the activities of all actors in the economic security system [2]. The main tasks of the system of economic security of the enterprise, key executors, the main objects of security are established, the functions of the department of economic security are listed, as well as the resources for their provision. The normative-legal base is regulated, which regulates all elements of security of domestic enterprises, in particular, financial, market, property, intellectual and information security, ensuring observance of trade secrets. The main normative documents that ensure the activity and control over the enterprises of the motor transport sphere, their licensing are briefly described. Norms have been established that regulate the work of drivers and special vehicles transporting dangerous goods [3]. In the second section the analysis of economic activity of PE "Capraya" which has offshore registration is carried out. The organizational structure of the enterprise, the main functional responsibilities, as well as the organization of work with government and regulatory agencies have been established. Weaknesses of the enterprise in terms of economic safety, in particular, problems with safety, low coefficient of technical readiness of existing fuel trucks, forced downtime, lack of integrated management and accounting system for receiving, storing and shipping oil products, a large number of errors in working with customers. The result is a reduction in the number of customers, inefficient use of the fleet, high costs for delivery of petroleum products. Also, a thorough analysis of the financial condition of PE "Capraya" through the analysis of the structure and dynamics of the balance sheet, calculation of key financial indicators: stability; liquidity (solvency); profitability; business activity; property status of the enterprise. Internal financial analysis was conducted in order to develop and substantiate a comprehensive project solution that will increase the efficiency of PE "Capraya". The third section analyzes the factors that affect the state and prospects of development of motor transport enterprises of Ukraine in general and PE "Capraya", in particular. It is established that most of these problems are related to non-compliance with economic security measures in the industry and in the enterprise [4]. Based on the analysis of these problems, project measures are proposed, namely: development and implementation of a new integrated information system, which should combine the organization of the dispatch service, monitoring system via GPS-navigators and installation of software and level meters that control the entire supply system and draining of oil products at the enterprise [5]. All these measures must ensure control over drivers and prevent theft. Another project measure is the purchase of a powerful imported Mercedes-Benz fuel truck with a 32 m3 BETSEMA-110.1 tank semi-trailer, which will be able to replace three cars at once at PE "Capraya" and thus halve the cost of delivery of petroleum products. With this measure, the company will be able to set a competitive price in the market of Khmelnytsky region for services for the delivery of petroleum products of various kinds and achieve a significant economic effect. Study object is the process of ensuring the safety of domestic transport companies. Scope of research is legislative and regulatory, theoretical and practical aspects of improving the safety of motor transport enterprises.
