Abstract: Abstract. Kondratyuk S.M., Pohrebennyk V.D. (supervisor). Electroplating protection technologies. Master’s thesis. – Lviv Polytechnic National University, Lviv, 2020. Monitoring of the classification of galvanic coating waste generation and analysis of their impact on the environment was carried out. It is proved that galvanic waste has a sharply negative impact on the entire ecosystem as a whole [1]. Therefore, in this paper, proposed ways of waste disposal, according to their classification, in order to preserve the environment and ways to minimize the negative impact of waste from production [2]. Based on these data, it is concluded that it is advisable to develop resource-saving, waste-free or low-waste technology to protect galvanic production [3]. The result of this work is the presented technology of protection of galvanic production, which is resource- and energy-saving, ecological [4]. It describes all methods of utilization of waste from galvanic production with the maximum return of processed products back to the sphere of production[5]. The object of research is the environmental hazard created by emissions and discharges of waste into the environment. The subject of the research is the processes of environmental protection by wastewater treatment, solid and gaseous waste utilization under the conditions of introduction of technologies of protection of galvanic productions. The purpose and objectives of research. The aim of the work is to develop technologies for the protection of galvanic industries. To achieve this goal it is necessary to solve the following tasks: - to assess the ecological safety of pollution of the entire ecosystem: water-soil-flora and fauna - man from galvanic production; - to offer safe ways of utilization of wastes of galvanic production; - to develop and implement technologies for protection of galvanic production, which are economically feasible and environmentally friendly. Research results. On the basis of theoretical and experimental researches new technologies of protection of galvanic production are developed. A scheme of galvanic waste processing is proposed, which leads to the return of processed products to the sphere of production, with the help of which it is possible to achieve full utilization of waste from galvanic enterprises. The technology of galvanic production protection is presented, which is resource- and energy-saving, ecological, excludes slag storage facilities and, thus, excludes land alienation.
