Abstract: Jacyk I.I., Surmai M.I. (supervisor). Construction of a craft for metal processing of an armored plant in Lviv. Master’s thesis. - Lviv Polytechnic National University, Lviv, 2020. Extended annotation The design object is a four-storey industrial building. The building is designed for construction on the street. Sadovaya in Lviv, nearby are industrial buildings. The building is designed without basements, but with a basement. The foundation is made of tape monolithic under the walls and columnar under the columns. The designed building is a building with an incomplete reinforced concrete frame, external walls made of bricks and hinged panels, internal ones made of ceramic bricks and aerated concrete blocks. Partitions from a ceramic brick 120 mm thick. The mezzanine floor is a monolithic reinforced concrete slab [2], [3]. The roof of the house is flat, made of polymer membrane [1]. The external drainage is organized in the rain sewerage. Asphalt paving and paving are arranged around the house. The metal tool shop has a relatively simple shape with overall dimensions in the axes of 22.60 ? 20.90 m. The external brick walls are 380 mm thick, aerated concrete and sandwich panels. The height of the house is 15.70 m. The height of the room (from floor to ceiling) varies from floor to floor - 2.71-3.5 m. The width of the stairways is 1.5 m. The three-dimensional planning scheme of the building is conditioned by zoning and functional-technological interrelations with the exception of the intersection of human and freight flows. The foundations under the walls of the building are made of tape, monolithic, reinforced concrete. Under the foundations to arrange a base of gravel-sand mixture of thicknesses. 50 mm. which are planned to take 100mm more than the size of the sole of the structure [4], [5]. The external and internal walls of the main room are recommended to be made of ordinary plastic-pressed brick (GOST 530-80) brand M125 on cement-lime mortar M50. The use of efficient ceramic blocks certified in Ukraine is allowed. 120 mm thick brick partitions are made of M75 brick and M50 mortar. Above the part of the building there is a single-pitched metal roof (Rukki Classic ™ C and D type) with mineral wool insulation and an organized gutter. The rest of the roof is a flat combined roof (like TN-KROVLYA Classic) with mineral wool insulation and internal gutter. Windows from aluminum frames with double-glazed windows. Entrance doors - aluminum with double-glazed windows. Windows are installed to order in the specified sizes with multilateral opening. The floors in the administrative premises are designed parquet, in the corridors, bathrooms made of ceramic tiles, in the shops self-leveling polyurethane floors. Ceramic tiles used for floors should have a matte surface. The main decoration of the facades - facade cassettes made of metal sheet and metal blinds with powder coating. It is proposed to provide space heating through the use of electric heaters and the installation of solar panels on the roof area of the building. Water supply from city networks from the existing input. To account for water consumption, the use of a water meter unit with a cold water meter LVOK-15 is envisaged. Internal networks of cold and hot water supply will be mounted from pipes O 15 GOST 3262-75 or polypropylene type "Ekoplastik". Drainage of wastewater from the house through the connection to the networks in the basement of the house with subsequent drainage into the yard sewer network, to the existing yard well. Sewer networks made of cast iron sewer pipes O 50 ? 100 mm with a slope of 0.02 ? 0.035 according to GOST 6942.3-80 and polypropylene pipes type "Ekoplastik". The diploma project consists of 10 working drawings of A1 format, among which three sheets belong to the architectural and construction section (master plan, facades, plans, sections, units), four sheets - design and construction section, which calculates four structures, foundations, floor slabs, column and farm), three more letters - technological and organizational section, where the budget plan, technological map for the installation of farms and the schedule of all major works on the site.
