Scientific adviser: Demchina BG Doctor of Technical Sciences, Professor - Lviv, 2020 - 82 p. Extended annotation One of the main tasks of any enterprise is to ensure fire safety of the object. Fire safety is a condition of an object at which the possibility of occurrence and development of a fire and influence on people of dangerous factors of a fire is excluded with the established probability, and also protection of material values is provided. Fire danger of buildings and structures of any type arises from their fundamental essence. The building has always been fire-hazardous to humans, and when this building is a crowded supermarket that is visited by many people, the fire danger increases many times over. Over the last 10 years in Ukraine there have been dozens and hundreds of fires in supermarkets and hypermarkets, including fire in "Silpo" Kyiv on October 23, 2020, "Varus" in Kryvyi Rih on August 7, 2020, "Forum Lviv" in Lviv , January 18, 2020, Velmart, Kyiv, June 25, 2019, Auchan, Kyiv, November 10, 2017. Fortunately, no one was hurt, because the fire alarm system and fire alarm worked in time. This indicates that fire safety should be given a great deal of attention to these types of facilities. From 1999 to 2014, there is a tendency to increase the number of facilities where the installation of automatic fire protection systems was performed. The most equipped are industrial buildings, and a fairly low level – in residential buildings. In 1999, the share of facilities equipped with the UPA in non-residential buildings was only 1%. In 2003, this share increased to 3%; by 2014 - up to 14% The first section is presented by the architectural and construction part, the basic data and technical and economic indicators are given, the area and the construction site are characterized. Describes the architectural solutions, a list of documents that I referred to when writing the work. The list of fire measures of the object, which are performed during the construction process, is given. The explication of buildings and constructions and the explication of premises are specified. The second section describes the calculation and design part. The frame structures are described, their dimensions are given and the advantages of prefabricated reinforced concrete structures are given. External loads during a fire are calculated, the temperature problem is calculated, namely the calculation of the column for fire resistance. The calculation of the power problem is made. The load on the foundation is calculated. The third section of fire safety contains an overview of fire safety of trade enterprises of Ukraine and fire solutions, which are presented at the object under study. The automatic fire-fighting systems are listed and the modernization of the automatic fire alarm system is proposed. The fire alarm system, verbal fire alarm and automatic gas fire extinguishing system are described in detail. Gas fire extinguishing at the facility is calculated. The fourth section describes the economic part. The losses of the enterprise from the simulated fire are calculated, the costs for the purchase of new equipment after the fire are calculated, the cost of the existing system and the modernized one is calculated. A comparison is made and the economic effect is calculated. The fifth section describes labor protection in the enterprise. The harmful factors present at the supermarket are listed and a set of measures to avoid harmful effects on human life and health is given. The object of the study is a one-storey shopping center - hypermarket AUCHAN City Pivdennyi, located at: Ukraine, Lviv region, Lviv, st. Volodymyr Velykyi, 58. The purpose of the work is the modernization of the automatic fire alarm system and the revision of the fire alarm and automatic fire extinguishing systems of the AUCHAN City South shopping center and hypermarket building. Based on all of the above, I decided to dedicate my thesis project to the construction and implementation of an effective centralized fire alarm system at Auchan City South (Lviv) for timely and accurate detection and elimination of fires or fires at the initial stage. In the process of the research: analysis, systematization, design were carried out. As a result of the thesis: the modernized system of installation of autonomous smoke fire detectors SPD - 3.2 has been projected on the trading hall. The set of the requirements has been fully made.
