Abstract: Annotation Master’s qualification work: "Construction of a multi-storey residential building in the city of Lviv on the street. P. Kalnyshevskoho, 13 "was developed by a student of the BDPC-21 group Osadchuk Oleg Ivanovich under the leadership of the head of Ilnytsky Borys Maryanovych. The master’s qualification work consists of the following sections: 1. Architectural and construction section contains: - initial data on the object of construction of a multi-storey residential building, information on the characteristics of the construction site, natural and urban conditions ; - information on the general plan, engineering preparation of the territory, calculation of the number of parking spaces, calculation of sites for public services ; - main technical and economic indicators ; - architectural and planning decisions ; - structural characteristics of the main elements of the house (walls, partitions, ventilation ducts, utility networks, bridges, roofs, roofs, elevators, stairwells, porches, external stairs, door blocks, window blocks, interior decoration, exterior decoration, noise protection measures ; - thermal calculation of external protection of enclosing structures. 2. The design section contains: - a brief description of the engineering and geological surveys (performance of surveys on the basis of archival materials of engineering and geological surveys), hydro geological conditions at the design site; - collected loads from the floor, roof, snow and wind loads and impacts; - the features of the constructive scheme are specified; - full calculation of load-bearing structures: stairwell, column, floor slab, foundation slab; - provided solutions against seismic measures. 3. Technological and organizational section contains: - technical and economic indicators; - calculation of construction duration; - regulatory duration of construction; - organizational and technological algorithm of construction; - description of the works of the preparatory period, earthworks, installation of monolithic reinforced concrete structures, selection of assembly cranes, description of the general plan; - organizational and technological model of work production, calendar schedule. 4. The economic section contains: - local estimated cost of the object; - object estimated calculation of the cost of the object; - consolidated estimate of the value of the object. 5. The section of scientific researches contains: - characteristics of the brick house variant; - characteristics of the variant of the frame-monolithic house; - technical and economic comparison of two variants of houses.
