Abstract: This qualifying work was performed by Yaroslavskyi D.Y. student of the National University "Lviv Polytechnic" Lviv 2020, for the title of master. The work is devoted to the study of the main features of the formation of technology parks and their introduction into the culture of life as an innovative form of nation development. The main patterns, trends and directions of development of technology parks in America, Europe, Asia, Russia and the CIS, Ukraine were identified, as well as successful examples, their functional-planning and layout solutions. In addition to foreign experience in the construction of technology parks, for Ukraine the development of scientific and industrial complexes is also a very important task. Ukraine seeks to ensure the progressive development of society by maintaining the necessary level of scientific and technological potential of the nation, using scientific discoveries, highly effective inventions to solve the problems of the present and future state, ensuring mutually beneficial exchange (transfer) of technology in the global division of labor. without the development of technopark structures. The result of the study is a rationale for the transition from a linear to an interactive model that promotes regional and local economic development through the promotion of innovation. Policies that seek to foster interaction between different innovation actors that have a strong foundation for interaction, such as universities or research institutes, small firms and large corporations (practiced in Scandinavia, Germany and Australia), lead to more positive results. The analysis of the results of social, statistical and economic research in the field of organization, development of the innovation process and technopark structures allowed to generalize the economic aspect of science parks. Analyzing, for example, the legislation of Ukraine on innovation policy, it was noted that there is an imperfection of long-term plans for the development of technology parks, but there is its multitasking. An important element of studying the international experience of creating technology parks is to identify key success factors that must be taken into account in the process of creating new technology parks in Ukraine. Despite the fact that a huge role in the success of each technology park is played by a coincidence of circumstances that occurred at a certain time in a certain place, it is still possible to identify some cross-cutting success factors that characterize most technology parks. It is shown that one of the most important factors influencing the formation of the technology park is the main purpose of its creation. The main goals of creating technology parks were given. Modern trends in the design of technology parks are reduced to the importance and necessity of modeling interpersonal contacts, involving people in communication with each other. Today, almost all new ideas are born in the communication of fellow researchers. In modern architecture for scientific and innovative spaces, clear zoning of space should give way to the principle of networking, in other words, the system of creating moving lines that facilitate communication and communication. The main scientific result of the study is the first experimental conceptual model of the technology park, which reflects the formation of basic functional blocks with the ability to add volume, takes into account aspects of environmental feasibility and energy saving trends, which makes this model universal and more advanced. This model maximizes today’s trends in the design and construction of modern technology park structures in developed countries, as well as a new vision of a multifunctional technology park. The development of an experimental model of the architectural environment of technopark structures has shown the cyclicality and spread of innovation in research centers, as well as clearly allowed to see the stages of development and the sequence of design of science park modules. Project proposal and strategy of formation of technopark structures within the city of Lviv. Key words: innovation, innovation processes, technopark, technopolis, technopark complexes, architectural environment, innovation centers or incubators, experimental conceptual model of technopark.
