Abstract: ANNOTATION Prystupa H.A Organizational and pedagogical conditions for managing the adaptation of a junior schoolchild. (Logistics on the basis of NU "Lviv Polytechnic"). Work (manuscript) for obtaining a master’s degree in specialty 073 "Management" specialization "Educational Institution Management", National University "Lviv Polytechnic", Lviv, 2020. The work consists of an introduction, 3 chapters, conclusions, bibliography of 42 titles and 3 appendices, 6 tables. The volume of work is 74 pages (including 52 pages of the main text). An important stage in life is school, ie the child’s entry into a new society in which to adapt. Adaptation is an important factor in the development of the child as a person in the environment, as it reveals their mental and biological factors. Younger students need to be helped to adapt so that they do not feel any psychological pressure and feel comfortable. The level of adaptation of the child to school depends on the comprehensive development of personality. The master’s qualification work is devoted to a topical issue, namely the organization of adaptation of junior schoolchildren. The paper presents a study of the impact of the use of organizational and pedagogical methods of managing the adaptation of primary school children, as well as practical recommendations for managing the adaptation of primary school children. Factors influencing the level of adaptation of junior schoolchildren in the educational process on the basis of research of features of junior schoolchildren are established. The methods of research on application of organizational and pedagogical methods of management of adaptation of junior schoolboys are characterized. The procedure of research of influence of application of organizational and pedagogical methods of management of adaptation of younger schoolboys is defined The received results of research on definition of level of adaptation of pupils of primary school are analyzed. Teachers of Lviv Polytechnic University studied the phenomenon of adaptation from different angles. Doctor of Economics, Professor of Personnel Management and Administration, Institute of Economics and Management, National University "Lviv Polytechnic" Zakharchyn GM and Gladun SO (2018) described the main factors of successful adaptation [3]. Researcher Sokol A. (2018) considered the theoretical aspects of the process of adaptation of first-graders, their willingness to learn [5]. Yachmenyova VM Summarized the essence of the concepts of "adaptation" and "adaptability" and highlighted their importance in management (2010) [7]. Peculiarities of primary school students’ education, psychological aspects of student organization during their studies were studied by associate professors Vykhrushch VO [1] and doctor of pedagogical sciences, professor of pedagogy and innovative education, Institute of Law, Psychology and Innovative Education Shvai R. [6]. The object of research is the school adaptation of a junior student. The subject of research is the organizational and pedagogical activities for the adaptation of junior students. The purpose of the study is to determine the organizational and pedagogical conditions for managing the adaptation of junior students in the school today. According to the results of the experimental study, it should be noted that the adaptation of younger students depends on the correct organization and appropriate conditions in which the child will feel comfortable.
