Abstract: The project of reconstruction of the building of the National Guard consists of architectural, structural and scientific sections, as well as the project of works and estimates. The architectural part presents the requirements for the project, the characteristics of the construction site and the construction area [3,6]. The structural scheme of the house is a combination of transverse and longitudinal brick walls, and columns with beams, which are monolithic reinforced concrete. The floors are made of monolithic reinforced concrete slabs. Brick load-bearing walls. Tape and glass foundations. In the structural section, the calculation of the monolithic floor slab, reinforced concrete column, ribbed monolithic floor and check the load-bearing capacity of the brick wall in accordance with current design standards [1,5,6]. In the project of performance of works the budget plan of a construction site with supply of temporary communications, placement of trailers for workers and administration, warehouses with construction materials is developed. Dangerous 8 areas of operation of cranes, measures to ensure safe operation have been identified [2]. To determine the cost of construction, the scope of work and necessary materials are determined, on the basis of which an estimate is made. The aim of the work is to study the possibilities of increasing the fire resistance of reinforced concrete structures with the help of thin-layer fire-retardant coatings. To achieve this goal in the work you need to solve the following tasks: - choose one of the common classes of structural concrete and one class of reinforcement for fire resistance research; - to develop a model for the study of fire resistance of typical reinforced concrete elements (columns, beams, floors) using a software package; - perform the calculation and analyze the fire resistance characteristics of unprotected structures and structures with fire protection using thin-layer coatings; - provide recommendations on the practical application of fire protection. The object of research - is the fire resistance of reinforced concrete structures The subject of research - is the fire-retardant effectiveness of thin-layer coatings of reinforced concrete structures [8,9,10,11]. The purpose of the study is to determine the strength and stability of both individual structures and the building as a whole to the action of a set of permanent and temporary loads. Studies have shown that the strength of structures is provided by the first and second groups of limit states. Key words - reinforced concrete, fire protection, fire resistance, thin-layer fire-retardant coatings. List of used literature sources. 1. DBN B.2.6-98: 2009.
