Abstract: The aim of the project is to develop a microclimate system in a single-family house using geothermal ventilation. In this project, a single-family house was considered, heat loss was calculated and heat modernization was carried out. The floor heating system is designed, the heat pump "air - glycol" was used as a heat source. Conducted theoretical study of geothermal ventilation in terms of manufacturability and economic feasibility. The required area for the installation of ground heat exchanger to ensure the necessary optimal conditions for the microclimate of the ventilation system is calculated. A comparison was made with the standard room ventilation system, on the basis of which conclusions were made on the effectiveness of geothermal ventilation for a single-family house. The temperature distribution along the geothermal heat exchanger is modeled for efficient selection of its size, depending on the flow of supply air, its speed in the air duct and the diameter of the ground air heat exchanger. An analysis of the use of low-potential heat source, namely soil, as an alternative energy source to ensure optimal microclimate. Feasibility study of the geothermal ventilation system is made, the payback period of the system is determined. The object of research is the energy efficiency of the ground air recuperator. The subject of research is a geothermal ventilation system using a ground-air heat exchanger. The purpose of the study is the theoretical substantiation and calculation of the efficiency of the geothermal ventilation system in a private house.
