Abstract: The large-scale reform of land relations and their legal support caused a conceptual renewal of state functions in the sphere of land management. In the legal regulation of land management, the concept that the state exists for the individual has become dominant. Service legal relations in the area of land use and protection mediate the provision of land administrative services to citizens and legal entities. They ensure the realization of private-public interests and are formed in those spheres of land use and protection management where public and private land interests are interconnected. In the given research the normative-legal base of granting of administrative services in the land sphere is in details analyzed, existing services of granting of services in the land sphere are considered, and also the conceptual design of the solution for improvement of information interaction of subjects of land relations is offered. As a result of work the concept of the application of granting of land services "Gid" - Geo Identity Document, possessing necessary functionality of the automated online service on reception and granting of data on land use is received. The object of the study is industry of providing administrative and land relations services in Ukraine. The subject of the study is the process of providing administrative services to the subjects of land relations. The purpose of work is to develop the concept of an automated online service for obtaining and providing information on land use. Research results The project was an opportunity to assess the current state of existing services in the land sector. One of the key problems is the difficulty in using administrative services for ordinary citizens. Since a person who has never had any relation to land services is very important to understand where to turn to. And very often for the solution of this or other problems it is necessary to do a lot of shortcuts. The result of the work was a complete working prototype of the add-on for the organization of land services "Gid". It is worth considering that the result is a complete system, which in the future can be implemented in reality. Economic benefits from the implementation of the service is obvious for all parties involved in land relations. After all, the Gid service offers revolutionary solutions and has many advantages, the key ones we will consider below. Innovative solution - the service is planned to be one of the first in the land sphere. This means that citizens will have a convenient alternative to receiving services, which will be able to replace the current system in general in the future. The reduction of work - everyone who is at least in some way connected with the land administration is welcome. Regular users get access to all services online, which will greatly facilitate the resolution of land issues. Large companies and farms will be able to effectively conduct their activities and openly engage in and control land acquisition. Companies that provide land and surveying services will be able to work through a single interface, which will allow them to organize their work efficiently, communicate with remote clients, forecast revenues and increase them. Also, the close interaction of the service with the land management companies will allow the implementation of new functions and the correction of errors with maximum efficiency. Keywords.
