Abstract: Ivashchenko M.O., Galyanchuk I.R. (head). Reconstruction of CHP with installation of three gas turbines. Master’s thesis. - Lviv Polytechnic National University, Lviv, 2021. This project proposes the reconstruction of the CHP, which includes the dismantling of two boilers TP-230-2 and four turbines PT-25-3M, with the installation of three GTU type GT8C and three boilers - utilizers. CHP with an installed electrical capacity of 435 MW and thermal capacity of 8530.84 GJ / h, including the selection and backpressure of turbines 7437.25 GJ / h. Provides steam and heat to consumers, heat and hot water in the residential sector, and therefore the requirements for the technical condition of the equipment should be increased. The main thermomechanical equipment of CHP, the first unit was launched in 1954, and the last in 1964, physically and morally obsolete. The main part of the equipment has already developed its resource (more than 250 thousand hours). In previous years, maintenance in a satisfactory condition of the equipment was provided by systematic capital and current repairs, as well as partial modernization in order to increase its efficiency and reliability: ? turbogenerators st. № 1,2,6 and 7 types PT25-90 / 3M are modernized in PT25-90 / 10M with increase of electric power to 30 MW and industrial selection to 150 t / h on each turbine; ? turbine in. № 8 type R-25 is replaced with all auxiliary equipment of the same type; ? on the turbines of. № 11,12 type PT-60-130 / 13 are replaced by CVD and PVD with their re-marking on PT-60-130 / 13; ? on the turbine. № 10 types of PT-60-130 / 13 are replaced by CVD and PVD; ? on turbogenerators st. № 9.11 replaced TV-60-2 type generators with TVF-63-2E type generators, block transformers with TDC-80000 type transformers; ? turbine capacitors art. № 1,2,6 and 7 are downgraded ? vacuum for heating mains water; ? turbine capacitors art. № 10,11,12 transferred to a degraded vacuum to heat the feed water. Object of study- CHP with an installed electrical capacity of 435 MW and a thermal capacity of 8530.84 GJ / h. Subject of study - CHP reconstruction project with installation of three gas turbines. The purpose and objectives of research. The purpose of the work is the reconstruction of the CHP with the installation of three gas turbines. To achieve this goal it was necessary to perform the following tasks: - to carry out a feasibility study for CHP; - to analyze technical solutions for reconstruction; - to calculate the thermal scheme of the energy gas turbine; - to spend tthermal calculation of the main parameters of the combustion chamber of the gas turbine; - to calculate the energy performance of GTU; - to determine energy indicators of industrial - heating GTU - CHP; - determine the impact on the environment; - to calculate emissions of harmful substances; - to calculate the technical and economic indicators of CHP. Priority areas were identified for the reconstruction of CHPs, the use of environmentally friendly resource-saving technologies that can dramatically increase economic efficiency, reduce harmful emissions and reduce capital investment. Design and construction is provided in two stages: 1 stage - replaces power; 2 stage - reconstruction of the first stage. This paper proposes 1 stage taking into account the installation of gas turbine equipment company ABB: • three GT8C GTUs, with a capacity of 50 MW each; • three boilers - recycler JSC "Podolsk Machine-Building Plant" with a capacity of 105 t / h each; • block control panel of GTU and recovery boilers; Stage 2 - reconstruction of the first stage of CHP, will be carried out after the introduction of replacement capacity. Therefore, the technical solutions in this paper were not considered in detail, but only provided proposals for the transfer of boilers to reduced parameters, the replacement of boiler and turbine equipment. Given the increased requirements for the environmental situation, it was decided to place in the engine room of the existing main body of the evaporator on the site of dismantled turbines № 1,2. Power is delivered according to the existing scheme, with the available power overflows on 110 kV networks without presenting new requirements to the station modes and system emergency automation. The installation of two GTU units provides coverage of the existing level of heat loads with a simultaneous increase in electricity supply and improvement of technical and economic indicators of TEP. Installation of the third unit of the gas turbine without a break in time after the introduction of the first two units slightly reduces the intensity of the existing equipment of the first stage, provides the possibility of decommissioning of two more turbines PT-25-3M. The improvement in performance compared to the first launch complex is due to the fact that the third unit of the GTU operates in the same basic mode as the first two. The variant of installation of replacement capacity considered in the project provides a covering of the increased level of thermal loadings with high indicators.
