Abstract: The master’s thesis consists of an introduction, five chapters, conclusions, a list of sources and appendices. The introduction outlines the relevance and practical value of the topic of qualifying work, sets the purpose of the work. The first section reviews the literature on this topic, analyzes and compares the currently available material on this topic. The second section indicates the advantages of this technique, the chemistry of the process. The third section presents the main characteristics of raw materials and finished products, a block diagram of production, a brief description of the process. In the fourth section the material calculation for 1 ton of the final product is carried out. Technological calculations of the equipment on the basis of which the standard technological equipment according to the set productivity is selected are executed. Thermal calculations are performed, the amount of heat that needs to be removed from the device and the heat exchange surface of the main device is determined, the refrigerant costs are calculated. Based on them, a description of the technological scheme is given. The construction requirements for the production premises are outlined. In the fifth section, economic calculations are performed, taking into account all the material costs of obtaining the product, including the salary fund, the cost of equipment and the cost of raw materials. The conclusions list the results of the work. The list of used sources contains a list of literature sources that were used in the course of the work. The appendices contain graphic letters. The master’s qualification work contains 88 pages (without appendices), 1 figures, 50 tables, 19 sources, 5 appendix.
