Abstract: The main purpose of architecture is to create a favorable and safe for human existence and environment, the nature and comfort of which is determined by the level of development of society, its culture, achievements and science and technology. This living environment is embodied in buildings that have internal space, complexes of buildings and structures, organizing their external space: streets, squares and cities. The first section analyzes the spatial planning and design solutions of the building. The initial information on the construction site, the main indicators of the general plan and the main materials for finishing works are given. The main technical solutions are given. The second section presents the calculation of building structures for the first and second groups of boundary conditions, namely: slab, beams, stairs, foundations. In the third section the technological map for installation works was offered, the choice of a way of conducting works is executed. The main parameters of the construction master plan of the construction site were also calculated and the calendar schedule of construction was given. In the fourth section, the local and object construction estimates were calculated. The fifth section describes the numerical studies to determine the firesafety of reinforced concrete slab. Appropriate drawings for the architectural-construction and technological-organizational part of the project were made. Study object: architectural and construction, engineering and design, technological, economic and scientific aspects in the design of the residential building. Scope of research: residential building. Goal of research: designing a residential building. The building is multi-storey. Vertical load-bearing structures - walls and horizontal structures - floors are made of monolithic and reinforced concrete. The height of the building is 29.3 m. The construction area is Rivne. The building is heated. Stiffness is created by monolithic structures: vertical - load-bearing, acting as diaphragms, and horizontal - overlapping.
