Abstract: Stambulskyi S. B., Khavar Yu. S. (supervisor). Research of the formation of land management documentation on the organization and establishment of boundaries of the national importance geological natural monument «Starunia» in Ivano-Frankivsk Region. Master’s qualification thesis. – Lviv Polytechnic National University, Lviv, 2021. Extended Summary. One of the key tasks of Ukraine on the way to European integration is the creation of nature reserve areas and sites, which will be provided both at the level of relevant laws adoption and at the level of existing rules and customs in the society. Nature reserve areas and sites are an integral part of the national ecological network, which play an important role in the development of the country and ensure its ecological and economic balance. At present time, the issue of ensuring the organization, protection and compliance with the legal regime of NRF lands effective use, reproduction of its natural complexes and sites, establishing and consolidating boundaries of such areas on the ground in order to provide databases of the State Land Cadastre with their reflection on the Public Cadastral Map of Ukraine with reliable and accessible information. Compliance with the special regime of protection, reproduction and rational use of these lands is ensured by the development of land management projects on the organization and boundaries establishment for NRF areas [1-4]. For practical implementation of theoretical provisions, the area of the geological natural monument of national importance «Starunia», located on the territory of Starunia Village Council, Bohorodchany District, Ivano-Frankivsk Region, was chosen to develop a set of land management works on the organization and establishing its boundaries. There have been analysed the legal and regulatory, scientific and technical sources in the field of land management and cadastre on the legal regime of lands allocation, NRF areas and sites, as well as the work of specialists of the Department of Cadastre of Territories of the National University «Lviv Polytechnic» [5-8]. There has been developed a full complex of works in order to form land management documentation on the organization and boundaries establishment of the geological natural monument of national importance «Starunia». There has been studied the NRF of Ivano-Frankivsk Region, which is the richest district in terms of landscape biodiversity and the number of NRF sites. The focus is on the geological natural monuments of local significance, which are part of NRF of Ukraine and are protected as its national heritage with a special regime of protection and use. Object of research is the area of the geological natural monument of national importance «Starunia». Subject of research is the formation of a set of land management works on the organization and boundaries establishment of the area of geological natural monument of national importance «Starunia». The purpose of the research of the master’s qualification thesis is to study NRF of Ivano-Frankivsk Region and to develop a set of works on land management on the organization and boundaries establishment of the area of geological natural monument of national importance «Starunia». Research results. The land management projects on the organization and boundaries establishment of NRF areas and categories of lands of other purposes are extremely important land management documentation. The main task of the object of research is to preserve the unique area of the geological monument, where active processes related to oil and gas structures take place; dissemination and acquisition of ecological knowledge among the inhabitants of this region and the population of our country as a whole; maintaining the overall ecological balance of Ivano-Frankivsk Region. Based on the abovementioned, there has been presented a study of the developed complex of land management works on the organization and boundaries establishment of the nature reserve fund of the geological natural monument of national importance «Starunia». To determine the spatial data and the area of the object of research, the necessary cadastral works were performed with the use of modern technologies and professional geodetic equipment, which help to increase the accuracy, quality and efficiency of such works. With the help of the software «Digitals» the necessary cartographic material is made, which is a mandatory component of the following land management documentation: materials of land management design of the area of geological natural monument; plan of NRF area organization; plans of land plots boundaries that are included in NRF without their withdrawal from landowners and land users, drawings concerning the transfer of the boundaries of the area of geological natural monument of national importance «Starunia» on the ground; plans of the boundaries restrictions on the use of land in this category. It was established that within the territory of the object of research there is a protection zone around/along the oil pipeline with an area of 7,5884 ha, a protection zone around/along the product pipeline with an area of 5,6246 ha, a protection zone around/along the transmission line (35 kV) with an area of 1,9598 ha and a coastal protection belt along the water body with an area of 8,1021 ha, which must be taken into account in the reconstruction and development of adjacent territories. Therefore, there are five boundary protection signs of the established pattern, determined by the results of design and survey works, along the length of the boundaries of the nature reserve territory of the geological natural monument of national importance «Starunia». NRF of Ivano-Frankivsk Region was studied. As of 01 January 2021 it has 560 NPF sites of national and local significance, with a total area of 222382,5145 ha, which is 15,97% of the area of the region. The main task of the nature reserve management of Ivano-Frankivsk Region is to preserve landscape diversity by creating new and improving existing nature reserves. The focus is on the analysis of existing GNMs of this district, which cover an area of 87 ha. Most GNMs are of local importance, they have a small area and are located in Verkhovyna, Nadvirna and Kosiv Districts, with a total area of 27 ha, which play an important scientific, aesthetic, environmental, historical and cultural significance. Key words: lands of nature reserve fund, geological nature monument, land management project, cadastral works, boundary protection signs. References: 1.
