Abstract: In this master’s thesis will be simulated the process of diagnosing thermoelectric transducers during operation. In the practice of temperature measurements using thermoelectric transducers, some unforeseen problems may arise in terms of maintenance, processing and display of the measurement result. Quite a number of criteria need to be considered in order to properly process the temperature measurement results using thermocouples. Another important factor is the correctly chosen method by which the temperature will be measured using thermoelectric transducers. After all, the expediency of one method in certain conditions is not expedient under other conditions of measuring temperatures using thermoelectric transducers. You should also focus on the conditions of use of the thermocouple because the conditions will sufficiently affect the thermocouple itself, which can lead to deterioration of the technical characteristics of the thermoelectric converter, and in some cases to its destruction. Degradation of the electrodes of the thermoelectric converter leads to incorrect or even to complete or partial cessation of the display of temperature measurement values. The work is also based on the creation of an operational method for determining the temperature using a thermoelectric transducer. Creating an operational method that can analyze the serviceability and the possibility of further operation saves us time, firstly, and secondly, money. Complications of temperature measurement methods using thermoelectric transducers can cause errors in the maintenance of the thermoelectric transducer, as well as in the processing of measurement results.
