Abstract: Shovkun V.B, Krykavskyу E.V. (supervisor). "Improving the efficiency of the company in the field of fresh logistics on the example of LLC" Raben Ukraine ". Master thesis. - Lviv Polytechnic National University, Lviv, 2021. Extended abstract Today, logistics plays an important role in the management of the enterprise, it focuses on customers, suppliers, owners and shareholders, effective logistics management enhances the competitiveness of enterprises in the market. Particular emphasis is placed on the logistics of "cold supply chains" or logistics of perishable goods, this is an indispensable segment in today’s competitive Ukrainian market of food producers with limited and short lead times, because keeping "cold supply chains" under control is the best and best possible to meet the growing needs of the end consumer in the desire to buy quality and fresh product. In countries with developed market economies, fresh logistics is one of the foundations for the successful operation of economic entities, and the formation of cold logistics chains provides increased efficiency of economic processes and reduce overall costs of enterprises. In Ukraine, the number of enterprises operating on the basis of cold logistics concepts is small. These are mostly enterprises with foreign investment. The main reasons that suspend the widespread use of the cold logistics system as the basis for the organization of business activities of enterprises is the complexity of organizing the process of its formation. Intensive development of the cold logistics market in Ukraine is possible only on the basis of the use of world experience, the introduction of advanced technologies and 11 the unification of all participants in the supply. After all, non-compliance with temperature indicators during storage, transportation and sale of goods in the cold supply chain not only leads to inconsistencies in their indicators, but can also pose a threat to the health of the final consumer. The object of research is the process of organization of storage and delivery of fresh goods of LLC "Raben Ukraine" The subject of the study is the latest approaches that will improve the storage and delivery of fresh goods. The purpose of the master’s thesis is to study existing trends in the cold logistics market and on their basis to develop a logistics solution to improve warehousing and improve the efficiency of the delivery process for one of the main players in the cold logistics market of Ukraine branch Lviv LLC "Raben Ukraine". Development of practical recommendations for improving the efficiency of transportation and preservation of fresh goods. To achieve this goal, the following tasks were set: • consider the essence of the concepts of "fresh logistics" and "fresh goods"; • to study the specifics of the organization of delivery of goods in the category of fresh companies; • analyze the main performance indicators of Raben Ukraine LLC; • to analyze the process of delivery of fresh goods of Raben Ukraine LLC; • develop recommendations for improving the process of delivery and storage of fresh goods; • consider the management of perishable goods on the basis of logistics; • identify key logistics solutions for effective traffic management, in particular: ensuring and controlling a stable temperature regime for the transportation of perishable goods, storing them in specialized warehouses, using special information systems for traffic management in the logistics chain. 12 Problems of "fresh logistics" are considered in numerous scientific works of foreign and domestic scientists, I would like to emphasize the research of domestic scientists: In particular, the scientist EV Krykavsky analyzes the main trends in the development of "cold" logistics. Evaluates the parameters of the objects of "cold" logistics: types of warehouse refrigerators; the volume of the market of refrigeration chambers for "cold" warehouses; structure of equipment depending on the type of refrigeration composition in terms of temperature range [1,5]. Authors Girna OB and Kolos MO reveal the essence of cold logistics and cold supply chain, in particular, place special emphasis on the structure of these elements in terms of warehousing. Reveal the specifics of warehousing cold logistics, taking into account the temperature regimes for different types of products [3]. Author Nakonechna TV explains the term "fresh logistics", considers the features of providing services in the process of "cold supply chain". Reveals the problems of functioning of companies providing fresh logistics services in the market of goods and services of Ukraine. Indicates a list of resources required for the implementation of fresh logistics services. Provides recommendations for improving the internal organizational climate of the logistics operator for the implementation of fresh logistics services [2, 4]. Pokhilchenko OA describes the basic principles of supply chain management, presents a detailed description of its internal business processes; explores the role of logistics in supply chain management from a strategic and operational point of view and a typical way of designing a supply chain of consumer goods [7]. Professor EV Krykavsky and Associate Professor NV Chornopyska define the definition of logistics infrastructure as follows: -legal forms that create organizational and economic conditions for the passage of these flows by building the capacity of relevant logistics services "[1, 6]. 13 Keywords: logistics activity, fresh logistics, optimization, logistics operations, efficiency, fresh goods, exoskeleton, geographic information system, fresh warehouse. 1.
