Abstract: The master’s qualification work is to substantiate the scientific-theoretical, methodological and practical aspects of analyzing the business activity of LLC “Feednova”, which produces high-protein feed additives and high-quality fats for fattening farm and domestic animals. The company also recently completed the construction of a unique plant at the epicenter of agricultural enterprises in western Ukraine for innovative solutions for the future processing of livestock waste. [4]. “Feednova” is the only site in Ukraine that receives and processes raw materials from external suppliers. The management of each company seeks to obtain a good reputation, high profits, improve their financial condition, so we can say about the feasibility of conducting research on this topic [5]. The company must use certain economic indicators to assess business activity, such as analysis of receivables, costs and sales policy [1, p. 248]. The object of research is the business activity of LLC “Feednova”. The research period is the reporting of the enterprise from 2019 to 2020. The subject of research – methods of managing the business activity of the enterprise and practical approaches to its improvement. The purpose of the study is to explore the theoretical foundations of business management, analysis of receivables, identify areas for improvement and improve management of available resources. The first section analyzes the scientific approaches to defining the essence of the concept of “business activity of the enterprise”. The factors influencing business activity are highlighted. Thanks to various methods of financial analysis the state of the enterprise made conclusions about the state of business activity of LLC “Feednova”. During 2019-2020, the financial condition of LLC “Feednova” is at a high level. The company has a sufficient amount of working capital, and it is not dependent on bank loans. However, this company has losses during the analyzed period. LLC “Feednova” also has large amounts of receivables in assets in 2019-2020. Business activity in 2020 has deteriorated significantly. In the second section, a SWOT analysis of the activities of LLC “Feednova” was performed, after which the strengths and weaknesses, opportunities and threats were identified. We have also formed a SWOT-matrix of the enterprise. The best strategy for enterprise development is the SIM strategy, strength and capabilities. Strategic directions of financial development of the company were formed. Also in the work economic-mathematical modeling by means of correlation-regression analysis is carried out. The correlation between the studied phenomena was calculated and the indicators for 2021-2022 were predicted. The last section of this work reflects some recommendations for improving the business activity of the enterprise. Estimation of this indicator allows to mobilize resources from various sources, to use them effectively and to increase profits. Thanks to the recommendations, the company will be able to make quick decisions and reduce business risks. They will allow the company to improve its financial position and increase profitability and competitiveness, improve financial condition. There were also three main measures to optimize the financial condition of the enterprise, determined their impact on the financial and economic performance of LLC “Feednova” and described the economic results of the proposed solutions to improve the business activity of the enterprise. According to our analysis of the enterprise, measures to ensure the business activity of the enterprise should be provided through meaningful and effective solutions [2, 3]. All proposed measures will help to improve the system of analysis and management of business activity of the company. The impact of each area will lead to quantitative and qualitative changes in the system of analysis and management of business activity of the company. Thanks to these methods, the company will be able to improve its potential, increase its resources and be more competitive.
