Abstract: Pazyn O.V., Kostiuk O.S. (advisor). Improving the logistics of LLC Dairy Company Galicia. Master’s thesis - National University "Lviv Polytechnic", Lviv, 2021. Extended abstract. Depending on the current level of development, logistic activities are considered as a “complex (system) method to develop strategies and mechanisms of economic relations optimization on the basis of inter-business and inter-functional economic compromises” [1, p. 190]. Logistic subsystem is a complex of elements and links of logistic activities, distributed according to the organizational structure that secures solving the tasks of logistic administrating in general or management of a complex of logistic functions in a certain sphere of the enterprise’s activities [3, p. 50]. The logistic activities connection is an economic and functional object, which aims to achieve the goal of the activities, related to some logistic function, by performing the corresponding logistic operations [2, p. 53]. In the field of economic activity, logistics activities operate at different levels as organizational mechanisms for managing material and other flows. Both subdivisions (elements) of logistics activity can be considered as subdivisions-subjects of logistics activity, as well as subdivisions of enterprises. Therefore, for the sphere of economic activity we propose the following definition: logistics activity is a relatively stable set of units (divisions of the company, suppliers, customers and logistics intermediaries), interconnected by logistics flows and united by a single logistics process management to implement a common business strategy [5, p. 132]. Familiarity with the elements of logistics allows you to adapt them to industrial enterprises. Therefore, the production plant is a micro-logistics activity.
