Abstract: Popovych A.I., Chornopyska N.V. (supervisor). Research of stability and reliability of supply chains and improvement of management system of logistic risks of activity of LLC Manuscript. Master’s thesis. – Lviv Polytechnic National University, Lviv, 2021 Extended abstract. This paper highlights the perspectives of resilience and reliability in supply chains at the era of volatile, uncertain, complex and ambiguous world, namely the impact of the COVID – 19 pandemic on supply and logistics efficiency in general. This issue researches is far from completed and contains many questions that require solutions. Significant contributions of domestic (Krykavskyi, Ye.V., Chornopyska N., Pokhylchenko O., Nakonechna T., Chukhray N., Hayvanovych N.) and foreign authors (A. Dolgui, M. A. Chochen, R. Dubey, Yun Ji, etc.) developed innovative techniques for traditional theories [1,2]. Disruption management, which controls subversive events, more focused on analytical and practical methodologies of understanding and mitigating risks that affecting the further performance of the organization, so – called «ripple effect». This effect violate the resilience and reliability of logistics networks, spreading throughout the chains and at the end becomes a trigger for the current state and future prospects [3, 4]. Goal of research is to generalize current approaches and practices for supply chain risk management and use developed recommendations for improving the stability and reliability of supply chains in conditions of uncertainty, complexity, ambiguity, variability. Study object is the logistics risks of supply chain in LCC «Manuscript», which represents the spices market in the Western region of Ukraine. Scope of research is theoretical and methodological risk management frameworks, scientific and operational provisions for managing supply chains resilience and reliability. The theoretical part of paper describes different standpoints of organizational supply support activities in Industry 4.0, which takes part in adoption of technological integration principles. In particular, the possibilities of digitization and data analysis reflected in forecasting future risks and identifying events in real time. Digitization and digital supply chain twins shows the combination of approaches which is created based on models and data science, allows to reveal interrelated factors of exposure, to prototype disturbances and to estimate productivity [5, 6]. Triggers and adaptation to the COVID – 19 pandemic, along with post – pandemic recovery, are compelling evidence of the urgent need to study future effects, build resilience, reliability and visibility of supply networks. Analytical part of work presents the features of global spices market in the lockdowns mode, describes trends of LLC «Manuscript» import dependence from «RAPS» and «AVO» manufacturers [7]. The analysis of supply chains carried out, logistical dependence of enterprise schematically reproduced; the communication and sales mechanisms characterized; usage of material resources and spices selling methods efficiency outlined. Finally yet importantly, was the assessment of economical and logistics activities, namely the structural analysis of financial indicators, business activity, with special emphasis on commodity turnover [8]. Resilience in supply chains has been explored by creating «The Futures Wheel», with three levels of causal factors and effects, «Probability and Impact Matrix» tool, and it’s emphasized that risk reduction will occur through procurement policy review. Based on ABC, XYZ – analyzes, the demand for spices of certain product groups was predicted, after which the most favorable safety stock and funds for its maintenance were determined to show SC reliability level [9]. Dynamic sales expenses analysis gave impetus to exemplary transport policy establishment, which became functional problem solutions basis for transportation optimizing [10]. Key words: supply chain risk management, supply chain resilience, supply chain reliability, supply chain dynamics, uncertainty risks, spices market. References: 1.
