Therefore, the analysis of the development of international economic relations between Ukraine and Poland, which is an important economic partner, in the field of monitoring the corporate responsibility of enterprises is an extremely important topic. The first section of the work has the reviews of the literature and scientific sources, as well as, the legislative basis on the monitoring of the corporate responsibility and international economic activity of enterprises. The monitoring of the corporate responsibility are described in the works of Ukrainian proffesors such as Kuzmin O. (2018), Vorona O. (2020), Litvinchenko T. (2011) and foreign scientists - Scott F. (2021), Tauriello K. (2021), Crane. A. (2014), Holm L. and Watts R. (2018) and others. Corporate responsibility is an innovative business practice that includes sustainable development in the company’s business model and, as a result, has a positive impact on social, economic and environmental factors (Tauriello K., 2021). This is the responsibility of the company to employees and its founders for the use of financial, labor, material, energy and information resources, distribution of profits, promotion to management positions, etc. (Kuzmin O.E., 2018). The process of monitoring corporate responsibility is an important element of management practice because the corporate responsibility is an integral part of the profit growth. Monitoring corporate responsibility reveals hidden possibilities of improving business efficiency. (Gergeli T., 2019). Also, monitoring corporate responsibility has a positive impact on the company by identifying ways to improve the company’s reputation, build strong brand image and motivate employees who are the component of a successful business. Moreover, it helps to analyze impact of the company on the stakeholders, as well as, adds value to the organization and ensures stable development (Jackson A., 2021). Ukrainian and Polish legislative basis about the cooperation in the context of international economic activity are full and well-regulated. The laws are constantly updated. The legislative basis does not create any difficulties for the effective functioning of enterprises. Nevertheless, monitoring of the company’s corporate responsibility is complicated by the lack of government rules and formal regulations for documenting this activity in both countries, so companies should base their process of monitoring on the international standards and recommendations. The second section of the work is about macroeconomic analysis of international economic relations between Ukraine and Poland in the field of monitoring the corporate responsibility of enterprises. It is studied that the international economic relations between Ukraine and the Republic of Poland are important for both counties. The Polish vector is important in Ukrainian foreign economic policy, while Poland determines Ukraine as a strategic partner with many perspective areas for cooperation. Recommendations for improving the process of monitoring the corporate responsibility of the enterprise have been developed. The state of international economic relations between Ukraine and Poland in the field of monitoring the corporate responsibility of enterprises is analized.
