Extended annotation. The qualification work describes the formation milk processing and formation of pollutants on farms and milk processing enterprises. The information on milk processing and utilization, as well as their impact on the environment is given. Methods of wastewater treatment and schemes of pollutants recycling were presented and analyzed, as well as their disadvantages and advantages for obtaining advanced waste disposal technology. The object of research is the pollution of the environment with waste during production on dairy farms and enterprises The subject of research - ways to solve efficient waste management. The purpose of the work is to improve the state of environmental indicators of air and water. To achieve this goal it is necessary to perform the following tasks: - provide statistical data on wastewater production in Ukraine and the world; - assess the factors of the impact of dairies and farms on the environment; - to characterize pollutants in wastewater and air of dairy enterprises; - assess the impact of pollutants in dairy plants on the environment; - to analyze the methods of wastewater treatment of dairy enterprises and manure processing on dairy farms.
