Abstract: The strategic partnership between Ukraine and the United States of America has been actively developing in recent decades. Intensification of cooperation between Ukraine and the United States is due to the priority of Ukraine’s interest in US foreign policy. Cooperation between the states is concentrated in various fields: security, energy, trade and economic, and cultural and humanitarian. For its part, the United States supports Ukraine’s desire to implement reforms and democratize socio-political processes. Interaction between Ukraine and the United States is being actualized within the framework of the signing of the new Strategic Partnership Charter in November 2021. Object of research: strategic cooperation between Ukraine and the United States in (2010-2021) Subject of research: Ukraine in US foreign policy strategies and the transformation of vectors of interstate cooperation. The purpose of the study is to comprehensively investigate the transformation of vectors and forms of cooperation between Ukraine and the United States in the context of the realization of Ukrainian interest in the foreign policy of the United States. The master’s qualification work analyzes the source base and the state of research on the problem of strategic cooperation between the United States and Ukraine (2010-2021) based on the work of domestic and foreign scientists.The transformation of the development of strategic partnership on the basis of information publications, analytical notes, legal documents and speeches of high-ranking officials is studied. The normative-legal regulation and institutional support of the Ukrainian-American partnership during 2010-2021 are analyzed [1]. The conceptual principles, principles and priorities of the strategic partnership between Ukraine and the United States are clarified [3]. The processes of transformation of the Ukrainian vector in the socio-political and socio-economic dimensions of US foreign policy (2010-2021) are analyzed [5]. The principles, directions and forms of trade and economic partnership between Ukraine and the United States are highlighted [4]. Extremely important areas of interstate cooperation in the security sphere have been identified and characterized [2]. Cooperation between states in the energy sector and the role of the United States in shaping Ukraine’s energy security system are considered. Energy cooperation is on the agenda during bilateral summits.
