Abstract: The introduction, based on the analysis of modern literature, analyzes what is an electric forklift and operating conditions of such work complexes with safety issues and improving efficiency and optimization of operating modes. The first section of the explanatory note discusses the use of electric forklifts, their performance. Data of the forklifts describing the structural characteristics and operating characteristics of loaders are analyzed. The focus is on analysis introduction of specialized electrical engineering in the work of various types of production and classification of the structure, the principles of operation and application of electronic systems in their structure, ways to develop motor control in existing systems. This makes it possible to fully understand the structure of the purpose of these complexes [1]. The object of study is the control system of the electric forklift drive Subject of study- indicators of management system efficiency The purpose of the work is to study the negative effects of the control unit on the operation of the electric drive with PWM and increase their efficiency. The second section highlights the components of forklift control systems. The principles of building a control system under conditions of large losses of electricity during transformation and use, methods of internal and external protection that are required to address issues related to minimizing electricity consumption and consumption [2]. This section also describes the current state of the asynchronous electric drive and the use of inverters to obtain high energy performance of blood pressure. Features of design and use of modern inverters with an overview of their functionality and methods of protection are analyzed. In the end the concepts of EMC and ESD, ways of their formation and positive or negative influences are considered in the section, methods of diagnostics of malfunctions are analyzed. The third section is devoted to the review Simulink simulation software environment, review and development of the simplest converters [3]. Computer models of electric forklift drive systems in Simulink simulation environment have been developed. Negative effects on electric machines are also given, the processes of insulation aging are considered [4]. Computer studies of the operation of the traction electric drive with PWM. Investigation of the influence of higher harmonics on the operation of the power unit on the principle of PWM. Verification of the influence of armature current pulsations on the PI / PID of the regulator and conclusions were made on the use of modern electric drive systems due to the smoothing of current pulsations by the inductance of the armature circuit.
