Abstract: Mykula R., Hubar Yu. (supervisor). Features of the procedure for allocating land for maintenance of non-residential buildings in the city of Lviv. Master’s thesis. - Lviv Polytechnic National University, Lviv, 2021. Extended abstract. According to Article 173 of the Land Code of Ukraine, the boundary of a district, village, settlement, city, district in a city is a conditionally closed line on the surface of the earth that separates the territory of a district, village, settlement, city, district in a city from other territories. The boundaries of a district, village, settlement, city, district in a city are established and changed according to land management projects to establish (change) the boundaries of administrative-territorial units. It is established that the existing legal framework in Ukraine allows for all types of geodetic and land management works, creates the necessary opportunities for the formation of the land market, ensures the implementation of state goals for the development of infrastructure of territories. It is proved that the peculiarity of the legal regime of residential and public development lands, which follows from their purpose, is the obligation to use them in accordance with the town-planning documentation. In Ukraine remain unexplored and require in-depth analysis. The state and features of the location of the object of study, which characterize the object of study for further research master’s thesis. It is proved that the use of GPS-observations significantly increases the accuracy of determining the coordinates of the boundaries of land plots during land management, as well as significantly optimizes, ie reduces the time to perform these types of work. It is proved that the development of the land management project was carried out in compliance with all current regulations of Ukraine. It is established that with the total land area of 3.1278 ha, the area of restrictions, encumbrances is 0.9979 ha, namely: under the protection zone around (along) the power system - 0.1609 ha and under protection zone around utilities - 0.8370 ha. It is proved that the main task of the zoning plan is to determine the boundaries of zones and subzones of homogeneous species and conditions of use and establishment of town-planning regulations, which are the most effective tool. The calculation of the normative monetary value of the land plot and the land tax has been performed. It is established that as of October 1, 2021 the normative monetary value of the land plot is UAH 29,021,605, which is UAH 927.86 per 1 m2, and the land tax is UAH 290,216 per year. In the research part of the work a detailed analysis of the existing problems and suggestions for improving the reference coordinate system of USC-2000. It is proved that the modern capabilities of the aircraft can be used not only for analysis, but also to include real-time information in the decision-making process. The development and use of these opportunities are appropriate for the study of future situations. The proposed technology of the transformation field significantly increases the accuracy of determining the coordinates in contrast to the 7 parametric Helmert transform. Theoretical aspects of the procedure of land allocation are founded by scientists [1-4], as well as groups of scientists who represent the Department of Cadastre of Territories of the National University "Lviv Polytechnic" [5-12]. Study object – land for industrial purposes. Scope of research – improving the allocation of industrial land for non-residential buildings. Goal of research – study of the peculiarities of the procedure for allocating land for maintenance of non-residential buildings in the city of Lviv. Research results. The main results presented in the work will accelerate the pace and scale of land reform in Ukraine. Peculiarities of land management projects formation regarding land allocation are determined. The composition of the land management project is analyzed. The information entered into the State Land Cadastre is determined. It is proved that the application of the method of GPS-observations significantly increases the accuracy of determining the coordinates of the boundaries of land plots during land management works, as well as significantly optimizes, ie reduces the time to perform these types of works. The importance of using the reference coordinate system USK-2000 for land management works is proved. Keywords: state land cadastre, land allocation, cadastral number of land plot, industrial land, geodetic works, normative assessment of land, land use fee. References: 1. Tretiak А. М.
