Abstract: Digital technologies play an important role, as the business sector is actively using digitalization. Digital technology helps to optimize a large number of routine tasks. HR-manager for recruitment at the company conducts interviews, keeps personnel records, conducts adaptation and training of personnel, organizes personnel culture. Theoretical aspects of the formation of personnel management and digitalization have been revealed in the works of such scientists [1-3]. Digital competences as a condition for the formation of the quality of human capital are described by Kuybida VS and Fedulova GO [1]. Digital technologies in human resource management were studied by Nagybina N and Shchukina A [2], management and development of human resources of the enterprise describes Balabanova L [3], at the international forum «Human Capital: A New Agenda», which took place on November 12-13, 2020, where Balanyuk Y and Kovtunets V opened the topic of assessment of professional qualifications in terms of technology and prospects [4]. The object of the master’s qualification work is the process of digitization of the work of the HR-manager on personnel search at LLC «Private Austrian Investments». The subject of the master’s qualification work is theoretical and methodological issues of digitalization of the process of work of HR-manager with staff and justification of the possibility of improving the potential of its digitalization at the company «Private Austrian Investments». The purpose of the work is to study the theoretical and methodological aspects of digitalization of the HR-manager on recruitment and development of a 102 project using a chatbot. Achieving the goal in the master’s qualification work involves solving the following tasks: - to study the theoretical and methodological aspects of the potential of digitalization of HR-manager’s work and to prioritize digitalization as the main trend of activity; -identify the effects and threats of digitalization in the activities of HRmanager; - study the process of digitization and its benefits; -investigate the state of digitalization of LLC «Austrian Private Investment» work of the HR-manager on recruitment; -analyze the financial and economic activities of LLC «Austrian Private Investments» and the current state of information and digital support of HRmanager on recruitment; -develop recommendations for improving the digitization of HR-manager recruitment at the company «Private Austrian Investments»; -study digitalization trends for implementation at Private Austrian Investments LLC; - substantiate the basis for the implementation of current digital solutions in the process of working with staff. The first section considers the theoretical and methodological aspects of digitalization of the work of HR-manager at the enterprise. In the second section of the study of the state of digitalization of the HR-manager on recruitment of LLC «Austrian Private Investment». The third section substantiates the digitalization strategy and trends for the implementation of the chatbot project at Private Austrian Investments LLC.
