Abstract: Current trends due to the active development of foreign economic and customs activities necessitate the search for new approaches to personnel policy management, including the use of personnel management technologies that can provide prospects in the management of the enterprise as a whole and its each unit. Particular attention needs to be paid to the study of personnel management measures and relevant procedures related to the formation, development, application of personnel technologies and the possibility of their further improvement. Problems of personnel technologies in personnel management were studied by: S.I. Puchkova, V.M. Grineva, G.I. Pisarevskaya, M.D. Vinogradsky, A.M. Vinogradskaya, O.M. Shkanova, O.E. Yashchenko, I.M. Dashko and others [1-5]. S.I. Puchkova notes that personnel technologies are professional methods of working with staff, designed to ensure the implementation of the objectives of personnel activities and personnel policy [1]. V.M. Grineva, G.I. Pisarevska believe that the priority technologies in the personnel management system are primarily technologies of professional selection, professional training and adaptation of personnel, staff motivation and technology of professional development [2]. M.D. Vynogradsky, A.M. Vynogradska, O.M. Shkanova is inclined to believe that personnel management should be implemented on the basis of the introduction and application of personnel technologies [3]. The priority task of personnel management is to create opportunities to ensure compliance of all necessary qualitative and quantitative characteristics and parameters of personnel evaluation to the goals of the organization [4; 5]. All personnel technologies can be divided into three groups. The first group includes personnel technologies that allow you to obtain personal information about the person. The second group is formed by technologies that are necessary for the organization of personnel (technology of selection, personnel planning, reserve formation, professional development). The third group includes personnel technologies that provide high performance (recruitment and rotation technologies, career management) [1-5]. Purpose: research and improvement of personnel technologies for the management of the customs department of Lviv avto khab, LLC. Object of work: Lviv avto khab, LLC. Subject of research: personnel technologies of management of the customs division of Lviv avto khab, LLC. The research of the problem of improvement of personnel technologies of management of the customs division of Lviv avto khab, LLC is carried out in the work. For this purpose the scientific professional literature in the field of research of personnel technologies of management of divisions of the enterprises is analyzed. An analysis of the legal framework governing the activities of customs departments of domestic enterprises. The paper describes the activities of Lviv avto khab, LLC, in particular, carefully analyzed the activities of the customs department. The problem of improvement of personnel technologies of customs department management is investigated. The main result is a comprehensive measure to improve the personnel technology management of the customs department of Lviv avto khab, LLC, on the feasibility of which, provided a feasibility study and calculated projected costs. The study identified the following problems: personnel management does not involve assessing the compliance of the human resources of the customs department with the goals and objectives of Lviv avto khab, LLC, which negatively affects the results of activities as a whole; inconsistency of staffing of the customs department with the plans of Lviv avto khab, LLC, which is manifested in violations of staffing, incomplete professional compliance of employees with positions, unplanned personnel activities. To solve the problems of improving the personnel technologies of the customs division of Lviv avto khab, LLC, the following are proposed: introduction of the technology of organizational and personnel audit of the customs division of Lviv avto khab, LLC; introduction of personnel planning technology of the customs division of Lviv avto khab, LLC. The recommended technology of organizational and personnel audit of the customs unit of Lviv avto khab, LLC involves assessing the level of compliance of the existing human resources of the customs unit with certain objectives, development strategies to ensure the development of management decisions and their implementation. Personnel planning is a comprehensive system of measures and decisions to ensure the implementation of strategic goals of staff development of the customs division of Lviv avto khab, LLC. Personnel planning provides an opportunity to: provide the customs department with personnel in accordance with the number of available positions and ensure compliance with the requirements for the positions held; to provide jobs with personnel of the appropriate professional level and qualification; ensure the participation and interest of staff in the management of the unit.
