Among the most important management tools in enterprises is wages. By adjusting its size, managers can encourage employees to increase productivity, improve the quality of products they produce, save production resources and more. Of course, wages perform not only incentives, but also a number of other functions. In particular, it is necessary to point out the reproductive and social functions, which require the establishment of wages at a decent level. Management of enterprises requires the creation of an effective system of remuneration of employees. The process of such creation is very complicated, because the amount of wages is determined by a number of parameters and each of them needs justification. In particular, this applies to the choice of forms and systems of wages for different categories of workers, the development of methods for calculating bonuses, ensuring a fair distribution of the general wage bill among members of the workforce [1-3]. Taking into account the above, in this master’s thesis a detailed assessment of the organization of remuneration of employees at the enterprise and developed a set of measures to improve the system of such remuneration. The work includes four sections. In the first section, wages are considered as the main way of material motivation of employees. The principles, forms and systems of remuneration in companies, factors influencing the amount of wages are presented. The most common piece-rate pay systems are described. The second section of the qualification work presents the characteristics of the activity of the researched subject of the enterprise. The analysis of key indicators of its economic activity is executed. A detailed assessment of the organization of wages at this company. In the third section, an assessment of the dynamics of the relationship between the growth rate of labor productivity and the growth rate of wages of employees of the company under study. A comprehensive diagnosis of the main mechanisms used to motivate its employees has been made. A reasonable ratio between the growth rate of labor productivity and the growth rate of wages of workers. The fourth section proposes to improve the system of bonuses used by the company under study for overfulfillment of planned tasks. A system of direct participation of managers and specialists of the company in its financial results has been formed. The expediency of introducing a system of bonus surcharges at this enterprise depending on the results of labor competition and other instruments of material incentives is substantiated. The theoretical and methodological basis of our work are laws and regulations, as well as articles; monographs, textbooks, etc. The scientific novelty of the work is due to the fact that there has been an improvement in the system of bonuses as a result of labor competition. To solve the declared problems in this paper used such methods as: deduction and induction, technical and economic calculations, economic and mathematical modeling, systems analysis, abstraction, generalization, economic analysis and others.
