Abstract: The purpose of the work is to create and implement a software product that allows the process of quickly locating a wounded soldier and delivering him to the diagnostic center. As a result of the work, a software product will be created that reduces the cost of medical care, the order of departure of the operational team and, as a consequence, the life of the serviceman. Modern IT developments have a positive impact on the development of new ways of organizing medical care, online consultation of patients and staff, exchange of information about patients between different institutions, remote recording of physiological parameters - all these opportunities ensure the introduction of information technology in medicine. The relevance of developing mobile applications for medical centers, private clinics and regular users will grow every day. Today, information technology has become an integral part of human life. Information is what the modern generation lives by and without which it is difficult to imagine the 21st century. Involvement of information systems allows people to optimize the workflow, speed up search and make life easier. Analysis of the consequences of catastrophes (hostilities) showed that almost half of the victims who died could have survived if they had received pre-medical care within the first six hours after receiving the injuries. Moreover, 10 - 15% of victims need resuscitation during the first 10-30 minutes. after lesions, otherwise they die from bleeding, airway obstruction or severe brain damage. These conditions lead to hypovolemia (decrease in circulating blood volume), asphyxia (suffocation), shock. There is a need to use a system of constant monitoring of the physiological condition of servicemen and receive an alarm at the time of registration of deviations from the specified intervals of the norm, regardless of the location of the victim (patient) within the coverage area of the wireless network. The development of modern diagnostic methods together with the rapid development of information and communication technologies have led to the creation of completely new methods of medical care, where information technology plays an important role.A project is different from other types of work, such as a process, task, or procedure. In a broad sense, a project is defined as a specific, final activity that gives a certain observable and measurable result under certain pre-established requirements. A project is a temporary, unique and progressive attempt to achieve some tangible or intangible results (unique product, service, benefit, competitive advantage, etc.). It usually includes a number of interrelated tasks that are planned to be performed over a period of time and within certain requirements and constraints, such as cost, quality, performance, and so on. The purpose of this work is to develop a project of remote medical control of a serviceman on the basis of modern information technologies. To achieve this goal it is necessary to solve the following task - to formulate the basic principles of construction and show the directions of research in the development of systems for monitoring the functional state of the serviceman. Based on the above, there is a need to use a system of continuous monitoring of the physiological condition of servicemen and receive a signal regardless of the geographical location of the victims within the coverage of the wireless network. To achieve this goal you must perform the following tasks: • to analyze the literature and consider the theoretical foundations of the field of monitoring the physiological condition of servicemen; • conduct a systematic analysis of the selected subject area in order to determine the need for an information system; • describe the development process of this project; • justify the purpose and describe the requirements for the project; • develop a project of an information system for monitoring the physiological condition of a serviceman and display the results of the project. The object of the study is the processing of information to monitor the physiological condition of the serviceman. The subject of the research is the methods and means of developing a project of an information system for monitoring the physiological condition of a serviceman. The advantages of this development are high-quality and clear, clear design and quick information about the condition of the serviceman. Key words: serviceman, unmanned aerial vehicle, physiological condition, consultative-diagnostic center. References. 1. Wasserman S., Faust K.
