Recommendation system for interaction between authorities and city residents

Abstract: Combining the performance of several tasks is one of the steps to the possibility of achieving goals in the present. Process automation allows people in today’s world to simplify those processes that have been done manually for years. A clear example that needs automation and simplification is the communication between authorities and city residents. Communication is an integral part of modern society. Unfortunately, in the period of development of information and communication technologies, this issue is still relevant. People do not know where to turn with certain questions, in the event of a problem, they spend a lot of time and nerves to solve it. In turn, the authorities of one or another city do not understand in which direction to move to improve the situation. The purpose of the designed recommendation system of the system is to improve the improvement of the city or any other settlement, better understand the needs of residents, optimize the work of employees, and make communication between city residents and authorities faster, better, and more comfortable. The main input of the system is the quick identification of problems and needs of residents, the output is a platform that will help solve these problems faster and better. If we talk about the fact that the proposed system helps people quickly solve problems related to infrastructure, then this is more widespread in the sphere of public life. Considering the use of the system as care for adults who need it, it is relevant in the sphere of social life, where the acute issue of people’s comfort is raised. In this way, the proposed system expands the opportunity for residents to participate in shaping the improvement of the city. To develop the system, attention should be paid to the classification method. Classification is the process of recognizing, understanding, and grouping ideas and objects into predetermined categories or "subgroups" [1]. Namely, the method of logistic regression . Logistic regression is a calculation used to predict a binary outcome: either something happens or it doesn’t [2]. This can be expressed as yes/no, satisfied/dissatisfied, alive/dead, etc. A database diagram was developed to describe the database structure of the development system. 13 tables are defined for the database scheme of the system: Family Member, Appeal, Skyskypper, Firm, Object, Users, Task, TaskResult, TaskRow, Appeal, AppealCategory, AppealWork, AppealType, AppealWorkStatus. The introduction of a recommendatory system of interaction between authorities and city residents was considered from the point of view of economy. The system development estimate was calculated. The quality indicators of the system were determined and a comparative analysis was made with an analogue of the designed system, a comprehensive quality indicator was determined. Based on the comprehensive indicator of quality and consumption prices of the analog and the designed solution, the competitiveness indicator was calculated. So, after carrying out calculations and analysis of design and operation, it is clear that the development of a design solution is economically beneficial. The object of the study is the process of interaction between authorities and city residents. The object of the research is the process of detecting atypical actions based on the analysis of the video stream. The subject of the research is methods and means in the process of interaction between authorities and city residents. The purpose and task of the study is to create a recommendatory system for responding to the needs of the residents of the city (or any other populated place), which will be able to provide recommendations for decision-making, namely where to go to solve the problem that has arisen. The created recommendation system of interaction of authorities with city residents is used at the social and household level.
