Abstract: Malko D. D., Farmaha I. V. (head). A method of automating incident processing based on workflow technology. Master’s qualification work - Lviv Polytechnic National University, Lviv, 2022. Extended abstract. Master’s qualification work contains: 3 chapters, list of references with 15 titles, 2 appendices, 33 figures. Object of research - incidents at work. The subject of master’s qualification work is the method of automation of incident processing. The purpose of the master’s qualification work is to design a method for automating the processes of entering, processing and analyzing incidents, with the ability to use workflow technology that allows you to model the processing process independently of the system. The scientific novelty is the creation of a unique method for automating the processing and investigation of incidents based on WWF workflow technology, which will allow users to independently model the flow of processing records. Windows Workflow Foundation (WWF) is a Microsoft technology that provides an API, a workflow engine and a debuggable designer for implementing long-running processes in the form of .NET tools and applications [1]. As a result of the master’s qualification work, a list of technologies for solving the tasks was determined, a method for automating incident processing was developed, the architecture and database schema for the system were designed. Considering the need to create an incident processing system that should contain its own API and consist of individual components, a software stack based on the c# programming language and the .Net platform, as well as the Angular framework, was chosen [2,3]. The WWF workflow engine played a crucial role in the creation of the system, allowing to model unique processes independently of other components.
